Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location in the city center. I didn't really like the breakfasts, they are absolutely identical every day. If you stay in a hotel for a couple of days, then this is tolerable, but if you live for 3-5 days, it will cause a big problem. The sausages were of poor quality, as in Turkish hotels made of soy or something similar, some food trays were not heated (apparently broken or not connected). The most important thing that shocks me for the second time is the paid coffee for breakfast! The price is a small 550 tenge (110 rubles), but I have never seen this ANYWHERE! I don't seem to feel sorry for these 110 rubles, but it feels like coffee was spared for me. It's not a bad hotel, but there is a lot to grow.

A great hotel. For residents, access to the SPA area with pools and saunas. The room is clean and cozy. It is better to book in advance, as the price is lower. We did not book in advance (because we did not plan to spend the night in Petropavlovsk). Before going to the hotel, we studied the reviews on the Internet and this hotel was among the hotels with a high rating. The reviews turned out to be real, I really liked the hotel

An amazing hotel. Everything is very beautiful, clean and sound. The buffet is delicious. The service is not intrusive. It's a pity we couldn't visit the spa center, we didn't have enough time. We were at work, if necessary, we will stop only here. Thanks
