The location of the hotel is wonderful. All the sights and beauty, as well as cafes and shops are within walking distance. Lots of parking spaces. The building itself is a classic Stalinka in good condition. There is a beautiful staircase inside. The room is spacious, bright, with 4 windows. A large bathroom, an entrance hall is also not small, there is a closet and a bedside table, there is still enough free space. There is a TV in the room, we haven't watched it, we don't know from the programs. The bed is a large double bed, the mattress is comfortable, there is a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, and there is also a sofa. There is no air conditioning, it will not be comfortable in the heat. We had 2 Windows facing the main street, it was beautiful, but lovers of silence would not like it, it did not bother us. Repairs in some places, especially in the bathroom, would not hurt. The linen and towels were on the same level, clean and not worn out. In order to explore the city and the surrounding area for a couple of nights, the hotel is quite suitable. We liked everything, and some of the bugs didn't bother us.

The hotel is located in the city center. Everything is great, the market is within walking distance. There was parking nearby, and there were places. Room on the 4th floor, standard. Two rooms, bathroom, toilet, hallway. There is a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, sofa, cupboards, table and a large bed. It was comfortable to sleep. The blinds were saved from the sun this morning. I took off the star for cleaning the room, they don't really clean it. The repair is already old, it's time to upgrade. Especially plumbing. The towels are no longer white. And so, for not very much money, it's fine.

The hotel is located in the very center of Polotsk, within easy reach of the city's attractions. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a square with a fountain and a park with comfortable benches. The room was on the third floor, with windows to the courtyard, it was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Parking is free on the square in front of the hotel, there are free places.

I wanted to share a stop at this hotel on the way back from Belarus to Russia. The hotel made a good impression, the entrance is straight to the palace, a beautiful building with a beautiful staircase with columns. An ordinary standard double room with an area of 30-40 meters with large Windows, the furniture is good, not old, clean... everything is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, small sofa, table. The bathroom has a small tray with a curtain, another disadvantage is that due to the large room in the room, it is not very warm. It may be due to the fact that it does not heat well. Cast-iron batteries should heat well if they were hot. The hotel is located in the center. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel building has a restaurant and a bar. You can walk along the pedestrian alley on which this hotel is located. the courtyard has its own parking for free, which is very convenient. In general, the hotel made a good impression on the solid four, the room is clean, but there is no air conditioning, so considering that the windows face the sunny side in summer it can be hot, well, I think it's acceptable for this price.

I stayed at the Slavyansky Hotel in Polotsk and was satisfied. The rooms are clean, cozy, everything is neat. The location is excellent — right in the city center, convenient for walks and excursions. The reception staff is polite and helpful: no matter what you ask, they will give you everything without unnecessary questions, whether it's an iron, cutlery or other small things. There is a sense of caring for the guests. A good option for a comfortable stay!

Overall, a good hotel, a majestic building, clean rooms. I was a little disappointed with the bed, it is very creaky, but as it is. Cleaning is regular, there is a refrigerator, TV, wi-fi. Walking distance to all tourist spots Special thanks to the maids and administrators for their advice and help, and a comfortable stay in Polotsk. Souvenirs and coffee can be purchased in the lobby.

I stayed at a hotel with my family on the way from Brest to St. Petersburg. Excellent hotel, despite the declared 1 star. The location, the interiors, the comfortable room are all at a very good level. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. I was especially pleased that a normal key is used to open the room door, not an electronic card. A certificate of stay in the geographical center of Europe can be purchased at the hotel).

I'll start right away with suggestions on what you need to pay attention to and definitely fix. We start with the hallway with only one built-in wardrobe with three hangers, this is in a two-bed room for two people. There are no hooks to hang jeans, no shelf compartment where you can put things, you still take a blouse and a jumper for a week, but there is also no locker in the room itself. The two of us had to place both blouses and outerwear on three hangers . They came after the rain, and I had to hang my jackets on the handles of the bathroom door and the room itself. I need a hanger in the hallway. There are three hooks in the bathroom for 4 towels for two people. How is that possible? And it would be nice to fix a handle on the shower wall in order to hold on, because not all athletes and young people have joint problems, and the shower tray is high. There is a small refrigerator on the floor in the room. How do I put something in it? If you open it, the food may well fall out on the floor. There are no sconces above the beds. There are sockets, there are no sconces, but you don't have to turn on the overhead light to read a book and disturb your neighbor. You need a bedside table for the refrigerator . But I didn't remove the star thanks to the staff. Upon check-in, the young man, the receptionist, immediately organized everything and put table lamps on the bedside tables, and brought an additional table and put a refrigerator on it. It helped to connect the Internet. Therefore, the staff and the hotel are five. The location is five points, the staff is the same, but the hooks and sconces, I think it will appear. The location is excellent. We lived for more than a week in 317 rooms from the end of September to October 7. I just heard what's going to happen with breakfast now. But it turned out to be very expensive, we went to see it, it doesn't match the stated price, it can let visitors go. I hope that there will be a choice with or without breakfast. As it is, everything is fine, we have not stayed for the first time, we are very satisfied with the staff and the hotel. Thank you all and good luck. Sincerely, Tatiana Vladimirovna

Unfortunately, our one-day stay at this hotel left much to be desired. Despite paying for a two-room room and accommodation for four people, we found an acute shortage of bed linen and pillows. I had to go to the reception three times to have the missing items brought to us. The linen itself looked very shabby, with obvious holes, and the doors in the room made such a creaking noise that it interfered with rest.

The interior is a little old. A 2x2 single room. The wallpaper is authentic, but you didn't want it. Instead of a shower stall, there is a shower tray. The TV is less than 15 inches. As an option to roll the dice for one night, it's quite good. The staff is friendly. The coffee counter in the lobby is beautiful. The coffee is not delicious and overly expensive. To be honest, it's just a swill.

The hotel is as beautiful from the outside as it is simple inside. A very friendly girl at the reception told me everything - what to see, where to have dinner and even a brief history of the city. Special thanks to her! The location is excellent - the very center. All local attractions are nearby. Convenient parking. The room is modest and clean, but I was very confused by the dried spiders on the walls and on the blinds. The bathroom is clean, the bed linen is a cheerful chintz, but it's better than white, but with spots. One of the disadvantages is the lack of breakfast at the hotel and, since we were in the summer, young people, cars, motorcycles with all the consequences were under the windows until late at night... There is a vending machine with decent coffee on the 1st floor, so we refueled with it on the way. In any case, it's better than nothing for those traveling by car.

The hotel is a beautiful building with columns and a beautiful vintage staircase. Convenient location in the center, there is a large parking lot on the street side. There is an elevator. Beautiful view from the balcony to the main street. Friendly receptionists at the reception. Good WiFi internet connection. They paid 210 bel. rubles for a two-room room (a bed and a pull-out sofa), but it turned out to be very simple. Middle-aged furniture, well-worn plumbing fixtures. The toilet door wouldn't close, the toilet seat wasn't fixed, there was mold on the balcony, and an unfortunate 10 analog (!) channels were playing on the TV. The figure has been implemented for a dozen years, and here you still have to look at a TV picture with snow (as in Soviet times). All these seemingly small things do not allow us to give the hotel a rating higher than four with a minus. Summary: good location in the city center, but at the same time, I think, expensive

I really liked the hotel. Everything is modest and clean. The linen is not new, but very clean. The hotel is from the USSR. There are no innovations. Even in a double room there is one chair for two. There is a kettle, two glasses and nothing else. The staff is polite and comes to help at any time. We will definitely stop again.

I am very pleased with my stay at the Dvina Hotel in Polotsk. A cozy, clean and friendly place is exactly what you need for a comfortable stay or a business trip. The rooms are neat and spacious, cleaning is carried out regularly, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the price-quality ratio. The location is as convenient as possible — the historical center of the city, easy walking distance to the main attractions. After a busy day exploring Polotsk, it is very pleasant to return to the quiet and cozy atmosphere of this hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome and care! I will definitely recommend Dvina to my friends and come back here myself.

The hotel needs renovation.Of course, everything is subjective. We took a Suite.Pampered by many trips and hotels, we were surprised...I'm writing my impressions. It's easy, the hotel is located. In the city center, this is a plus, we were met, settled by phone reservation without prepayment, the Mir card was accepted-super.There is an elevator in the hall. The windows of the room overlooked the square, and in the evening you could watch a crowd of young people.Interesting and not noisy. Of the cons, you're in the same room, a walk-through room with a sofa, and a bathroom with a bathtub that is completely illiterate.Etl is just a circus... I think we need a shower stall, and someone will break their neck....There is a kitchen in the room, the refrigerator was not working. The kettle and microwave were working. There is no water cooler on the floor and there is no breakfast restaurant from the Hotel. There is one nearby..but... By our standards, restaurants and cafes open late. At 9 or 10. Not our option, it's good that we took care of breakfast in advance...In general, expectations and reality didn't quite match up.

We stayed in this room for one night while passing through – it's probably not worth it anymore. Positive: -Convenient location (but this is also a disadvantage – more on this below). -Additional toilet paper is available (although the roll was half used when checking in, which is not very pleasant). Minuses: - Dirty drain in the bathroom – it's obvious that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. - The light bulb by the mirror does not work. -Creaking doors– every sound is annoying. -The windows overlook a noisy square – it is impossible to sleep at night with the window open because of the screams and music. - Outdated repairs and an old kettle– it looks like it's a dozen years old. The room needs urgent renovation and more thorough cleaning. If you're traveling for one night, you can survive, but I don't recommend it for a longer stay.

We went to this hotel, we were led by the reviews and the building itself. As it turned out , the outside of the building is much more decent than the inside . The room is standard , it just sucks, Just like the suite ( I looked in with one eye when I left , the door was open) , the building itself is very tired inside and has been asking for repairs for a long time . The funny thing is that we were first given the keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, and we had to go back. And the city itself turned out to be more industrial , since we didn 't go to museums ( we only went to St. Sophia Cathedral) and walked along the streets , but apart from the park and the view from the bridge , there 's nothing else to see . We were disappointed with this location , it would seem that such an ancient historical place turned out to be a complete waste . We really like Belarus itself , wonderful people , beautiful places , there is something to see . 🤝👍

The hotel is not bad. It is impossible to say directly that it is worthy of 3 stars, but it also falls a little short of 4, unfortunately(( The hotel has an excellent location, very pleasant and helpful staff. The receptionist who met us was very friendly, immediately offered a kettle in the room, asked if we were interested in breakfast and offered us a list of places where and at what time you can have breakfast. The room itself is clean, tidy, overlooking the main street! But... Very old repairs, and very thin walls, because of this, there is a lot of audibility of what is happening on the street (((

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. View from the window. We were in a one-room triple room (double bed and sofa bed). Large, spacious room, corner. Lots of windows (three or four ). The bathroom (shower) and toilet are a long narrow room. There is a toilet at the entrance, then a sink, then a shower. This surprised us a bit. Clean, the staff is friendly. But everything resembles the Soviet Union.

The only big advantage of the hotel is its location: all the main attractions and museums are nearby. Our room was a two-room junior suite: large, freshly renovated, new furniture, but for some reason there was a strong smell of non-residential premises, especially in the bedroom. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer. There are no water coolers. To my question, the receptionist replied that they drink tap water.....Minuses: 1) gray, washed, hard towels. We've been to different hotels, but this is the first time.....2) In the evening we wanted to take a shower, but there is no hot water.... In the morning I ask the administrator: "Do you have a problem with hot water?". He replied that they had only recently begun, they say, the CHP lowers the temperature at night. Well, you have to warn about such things!!! In the morning (at 8 o'clock), I also had to wash with cool water. In general, it will do for 1-2 nights, but there was a desire to leave as soon as possible.

I'll start with the pros: - Excellent location - you can't find a better place in the city - From the "wedding suite" - a great view from the balcony of the city (see video) - The reception staff is very friendly, they gave out a list of nearby establishments, told about Wi-Fi and even printed out a map of the sights of Polotsk - very nice of them - 24-hour coffee machine on the ground floor, coffee is not very good, but inexpensive - Wi-Fi works well Unfortunately, the advantages end there, which, in my opinion, is not enough for such a price Now the cons (for which actually 2 stars): - The repair is present (no longer a scoop), but it is clear that it is a little shabby and initially made as economically as possible; - The technical equipment leaves much to be desired, the sockets are located as inconveniently as possible (thanks at least there was an extension cord), a kettle with a sunken button, a hair dryer dries short hair for 1.5 hours with the smell of burnt plastic and a TV with 8 channels - From cleaning the room: used towels were taken away, everything, garbage was not removed, shower gels were not updated, nothing at all, it's okay not to clean when guests are settled, BUT the room has not been cleaned for a sooooo long time, there are a lot of midges in the ceiling, cobwebs on cornices and chandeliers, tulle is all stained. Before going to bed on the first night, I had to escort out an uninvited roommate in the form of a spider, albeit peacefully, but menacingly, hanging from the ledge next to the bed.

I was vacationing in the beautiful city of Polotsk with my family. I decided to choose this hotel in advance, despite a number of negative reviews, as sometimes reviews are without any specifics. I don't know why the hotel has only one star, considering the number of rooms and their division by comfort class. I chose a suite in the Provence style, but we were accommodated in a suite. I still did not understand how they differ fundamentally. The number was 327, just like in the photo from the official website. The view from the window is nice, on Franciska Skaryna Street. The room is spacious. That's where the advantages ended. Room cleaning is not carried out everywhere, as many of the upper shelves in the cabinets are dusty, as well as other items of both use and interior. Cleaning is also rarely carried out behind the sofa. Cornices without clamps at the ends, which led to the curtain falling to the floor when the curtain was pulled back. Bathroom without any ventilation, constant dampness. There is a curtain in the bathroom, which is unpleasant to touch for hygienic reasons, I had to move it away, and then wipe the floor from the water. The cherry of the whole holiday turned out to be mustachioed cockroach friends, who, closer to midnight, began their rampant life from the kitchen throughout the room. To pay tribute to the administrator, dichlofos was allocated for insect control, as well as options for other rooms below the comfort level were offered. Considering the number of things and the time of the stop (two days), we decided to stay in this room. Unfortunately, the rooms on the riser, as well as our room, were not closed for sanitation. Meals at the hotel are also not provided, although in the history of the hotel there was a restaurant at the hotel. What prevents us from agreeing with cafes located in the same building to provide breakfast to visitors today, I do not understand. I consider my review an appeal to those who are planning a stop at this hotel to think about whether a vacation is worth the money with a low-format level of service. I advise the hotel owner to take measures to improve the quality of customer service and take care of the health of visitors.
