After the sale, they pretend that they don't know you, because they understand how fragile this technique is. It's clear that cheap is never high-quality, but you can't be so arrogant. The service honestly says that they have a 2-month repair queue. The tricycle worked for 2 months - the controller failed. 5 minutes of work - the service solved the problem for 1.5 months. The gears in the gearbox broke into dust in an electric cable for 2500 km. They said, "What did you want? This is not a guarantee, be glad that you have traveled so much." When I picked up the paid repair, I noticed that the battery case was broken - 8 (!) months can no longer solve the problem, only excuses. And they work for cash to optimize taxation.
