I want to express my deep disappointment with the level of service and feedback. I bought an electric bike from you as a gift, hoping for quality and reliability. Delivery was on January 8-9, 2025. Already in the first days of operation, serious shortcomings appeared: the battery could not withstand even the stated minimum mileage (in total, the bike did not go even 15 km), and then during a normal trip along the road, the right pedal simply fell off. For a new product, such defects are unacceptable and raise questions about the quality of assembly and inspection before shipping to the buyer. On January 26, 2025, I contacted your service via Viber, as you yourself recommended, described the problem in detail and sent photos. At the same time, I was outside of Belarus and could not call a Belarusian number, so I used your official Viber communication channel. There was no substantive response. On April 11, 2025, I received another message not from the service, but from the store, asking me to "rate the product and share my impressions." When I honestly described all the real malfunctions and the maintenance situation, the communication actually ended there: there was no further reaction, the issue remained unresolved. A logical question arises: why then declare Viber as a service channel at all, if no one responds to requests through it, and a client who physically cannot call is effectively deprived of any support? It's especially frustrating that you take the initiative to communicate only when you need to get a nice review about a purchase. As soon as it comes to real problems and requests for help, interest in the client disappears instantly. It seems that after receiving the money, the buyer is left alone with his problems. The bike cost a lot of money, and I expected the appropriate quality of goods and service. Instead, I received constant technical problems, the lack of normal feedback and the inability to achieve a solution to the issue. A gift that was supposed to bring joy has turned into a source of frustration and unnecessary worries. Based on my experience, I would give your service and management a score of 0, but here the minimum possible score is 1. I think that even this unit is too high an estimate for such an attitude towards a client.

Consultants are clueless. All relevant information is withheld. The delivery is free. They didn't bring what they ordered. The build quality is terrible. I don't understand why to bend such a price tag. And the biggest thing that killed us was the brake hose was attached to the shock absorber. A lot of spare parts that were included were not included. They probably don't know about waterproofing there at all. Providing services and being interested in sales is not their strong suit.……
