I want to tell you about the smart-8 store, which is located in Minsk. Never take their equipment from them. I never had any problems with electric bicycles or electric scooters, the frame on my smart8 Dacha Lux electric bike broke off, I sent it to the store, they ordered delivery, but I paid for the delivery. The cost of delivery to Minsk was 40 rubles after 4 days, they only gave me the answer that they only accepted it and a week later, they only made it but in fact, I gave it to the frame to be rewired. And in addition, they supposedly said that it was necessary to change the seat there. The wheel and pay for the welding work earlier, they told me up to 200 rubles, now they have said the cost in full with the shipment of 340 rubles. And I want to address the owner of this store, where are you looking, what are you doing? You're a normal person. Those who apply. Or they will contact the Smart 8 store in the future, I advise them never under any circumstances. And don't even think about going or looking at electrical goods from their website, because when servicing these electrical goods, they will say that in the case it is not guaranteed and they will charge you more money. In my case, they even offered to change the frame, and it would cost me 700 rubles, and if it was what I listed earlier. They said that we were there, like, to change, for example, the dashboard, or to change the same seat there. It would still come out to almost the same value that I bought this bike, I bought it exactly a year ago in May for 2499 rubles. And when I owned a bike, the fastener on the rear flap broke off in order to change it, when they ordered the flap from them. Pay about 25 rubles for the shield and plus about 15 rubles for the delivery. And since you are in a rural area and in another area, it can go on for about two or three days.

In fact, everything is not so rosy. I bought a Rutrike tricycle for my father and a Sycyba electric bike for myself. After the sale, they pretend that they don't know you, because they understand how fragile this technique is. It's clear that cheap is never high-quality, but you can't be so arrogant. The service honestly says that they have a 2-month repair queue. The tricycle worked for 2 months - the controller failed. 5 minutes of work - the service solved the problem for 1.5 months. The gears in the gearbox broke into dust in an electric cable for 2500 km. They said, "What did you want? This is not a guarantee, be glad that you have traveled so much." When I picked up the paid repair, I noticed that the battery case was broken - 8 (!) months can no longer solve the problem, only excuses. And they work for cash to optimize taxation.

The bike "smart 8 cottage" did not travel 10 km before the problems began... Extraneous sounds problems with electronics... I took it under warranty and also paid for the service because everything turned out to be not a warranty case... The bike has been in service for 2 weeks.. although my opinion could have been reviewed in a day or two... They called and said that the problems had been fixed.. I paid for the delivery again... They brought it, but the problems remained... Extraneous noise has been and still is... When buying an electric vehicle, read the passport carefully... It contains all the details that are not subject to warranty... And you will understand that there is no guarantee at all in transport .. and I don't know why they give it.. and the service is just terrible, even at your own expense

Nowhere is it warned that, according to the law of the Republic of Belarus, an electric bicycle with a capacity of over 250 watts is equated to mopeds (scooters) according to traffic regulations, therefore it is necessary to have an Am license, and otherwise a helmet is a fine. Neither the consultant warned about this, nor is it indicated on the website. I wonder on what basis on the website this product is located in the electric bike tab and not an electric scooter? I bought a 3d pen, took it under warranty twice, the first time the motor was replaced, the second time the motherboard burned out, and the battery also died. They said it was not a warranty case. I bought an electric bike in this store, the product is not cheap. However, the craftsmen did not assemble it correctly, the steering wheel is wobbly, the oil seal was bitten. I sent a bike to fix the flaws. We fixed the flaws in one day and then the service center sends me this bike for the sixth day. I can't find out any information about my bike yet. They feed you breakfast. The attitude of employees towards customers is disgusting. I will not dare to buy a second time in this store.
