I repaired shoes in October. She gave her husband's work boots (heavy, with a metal toe) for firmware and her favorite shoes with a narrow slit on the toe. I wore it carefully for 3 years and kept it for another year, not daring to throw it away, because in other workshops they offered to slap the patch on top, which is simply equivalent to recycling. The repair period was promised to be at least 2 weeks. It was done in about three hours. First, my husband's shoes and a Telegram sent a video explaining what was stitched and where. After a couple of days, my shoes were ready. The patch was put on the inside and in the second shoe, just in case, too. There is a hole in this place, but when you wear it, your finger rests against it and everything looks smooth and perfect. I'm still happy to carry them. The price is not the cheapest, but this is exactly the RESTORATION and you decide whether to agree or not. In my case, I was ready for anything that costs less than the new ones, which I can no longer buy. Very professional advice at the time of acceptance with the offer of all possible repair options, cost, there are different payment options. I found it difficult for the first time in the dark, because even the residents of the house were not aware that they had shoe repairs on the back of the house and everyone tried to direct me across the street to another workshop))).
