We had a great rest!!! The Beldibi beach Hotel is clean and cozy. The nature in the Beldibi -Kemer region is very beautiful. Mountains and the sea!!!
You leave the room and see the mountains, drink coffee and see the mountains!!!! It's incredibly inspiring!!! There is a beach across the street from the hotel, sun beds on the beach are free, you need to take a towel with you, you can not leave the rooms. Our room was clean, wet cleaning was done every other day, linen was changed. The transfer is just great!!! Everything is clearly on schedule!!!! We liked the excursions very much, the Takhtali Mountains 2,365 m above sea level, the Goynyuk Canyon, rafting on the mountain river in the river, in the canyon itself. We rode a ship, sailed in the azure bay, a mosque, a hammam in Kemer itself and much more. The only drawback of the hotel is the monotonous food, a lot of vegetables, and cereals.We felt a little 🐎🐎, the meat just a little bit. And in a cafe, food is unreasonably expensive, and this fact, of course, tourists should know. More precisely, they should take you not only on excursions, but also to eat. Well, we were going for emotions and we got them!!!

I would like to thank the Softtour company and manager Daria for the prompt selection of the burning tour and the friendly attitude. All our wishes were taken into account and we had a great rest in Turkey, the RK Magic Dream Hotel. Cozy, calm and family atmosphere, well-coordinated work of the staff, clean beach. We have a pleasant impression of the food, everything is fresh, clean and tidy, there are always free tables. Billiards and table tennis are among the entertainment options, although they have already seen visitors, but they brought variety. The children at the hotel there arranged a room for themselves, met and played. The hotel is urban, in the evenings you can walk around the city of Kemer, walk along the beautiful embankment, but you need to walk for 40 minutes, we took a ride on a tuk-tuk, it is very interesting, we recommend it. And the meeting of dawn at sea left an unforgettable impression, especially the entrance to the beach through a beautiful alley, which gives an even more juicy flavor to the walk. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, along the road, one of the sides of which is framed by mountains. Cleaning at the hotel is the same as everywhere else, but you can always ask for additional gel, shampoo, and change towels. WiFi at the reception, where there are sofas, armchairs, you can relax with a cup of delicious! coffee (Wi-Fi is paid in the rooms). We were satisfied with the rest, the first time to get ready for a burning tour in 48 hours. We will be happy to contact Softtour for help in choosing a new trip!

Before that, we contacted, unfortunately I do not remember the name of the agent and somehow everything was sad, the hotel that we chose on our own was blown to smithereens, the alternative was offered much more expensive , as a result, the desire to fly somewhere disappeared , but through Nelya we decided to try our luck again and got to Angelina , thanks which we went to exactly the hotel that we originally chose ourselves , which we were very happy and not disappointed about .We always use the selection of tours online, a very wonderful convenient program. We had a rest at the Grand Nar in Kemer. The hotel fully met our requirements. This time we needed a quiet rest (at 22:00 the free bar was closed and the hotel became quiet). We are not picky about food, we had enough of everything. The transfer to the beach was regularly scheduled, without delays. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00, checked into the room immediately. Who writes bad reviews about the hotel, I don't understand such people. The hotel is very budget-friendly and it's stupid to expect anything more from it. Our request was to eat, sleep and swim in the sea. We got it, we were satisfied with everything and we liked it

According to the hotel, its cost is normal. The food is like in all budgets, shrimp a couple of times, mussels, squid. For the rest, it's not even bad, sea bass, red fish alternated every day. Beef, mutton, chicken every day. The rest of everything is also enough. You can have a snack everywhere during the day. Nutrition 4+
The territory is a cannon, the sea is a fairy tale, the entrance is excellent and very good for children, the pools are also thought out with a smooth transition from depth to a shallower zone. The location is very good. We walked along the embankment to the Ancient city.
The room was cleaned every day and the bed and towel were changed (but the quality depended on the cleaner, two of them changed 2/2). The staff is polite, the animation has not yet swung, but the activity is constantly somewhere.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel if we consider a budget vacation on the first line with good food!

We wanted to save money and Natalia suggested an interesting option, and as a result, we were pleasantly surprised by the concept of using the entire complex of 3*, 4*, 5* Sunny days hotels, went to all beaches, throughout a large area and to all hotel restaurants. The beach line with the coral reef is really very long and beautiful for snorkeling, the approach is shallow and the water seems amazingly blue and transparent with a lot of beautiful fish. The water in the sea is cool in the first days of April, but you get used to it quickly and it seems to be fine later.
The hotel staff is good, they were always happy to help with any issues.
Of course, it was expected to be in a 3* room, we had previously read the reviews and were already ready that the room would be too old. Of the disadvantages of the room, this plumbing failed a little in terms of the rate of decrease of water from the shower, I had to take a shower very quickly and even upon arrival the room was dusty, apparently stagnated without guests. The room itself is authentic, with interesting vintage furniture. The big plus was that the room also had a small living room, a good TV, an open balcony and a kitchen with a working refrigerator and stove, but we did not use the kitchen at all, with an all-inclusive tariff, you do not have time to get hungry.
In conclusion, I will say that we got a pleasant, unforgettable experience, we took a lot of excursions.

Good afternoon! I decided to go to the sea about 10 days before the start of my vacation, so the option was only alone. I contacted several companies - there is no specific information on the sites, I ordered a callback: someone did not call back, someone provided a lot of hotel options in which I got confused. A friend advised SoftTour, and I once flew with them to Marmaris and was satisfied with the rest. A very convenient site- I set filters and found several suitable options, left a request. Natalia contacted me, told me in detail about the selected options, I voiced my preferences and asked her to suggest several more hotels. Thanks a lot to her, I was given 3 options (not 23)! The next day, I was already on my way to the office in Minsk Mir to buy the tour faster. Angelina signed the contract for me, I also want to thank her for the reliable information about the hotel, everything was clear, I realized that I was in safe hands)). When you fly alone, especially since the decision was made spontaneously, you get a little nervous. After talking with Angelina, I realized that my vacation would be great! Picking up the documents before departure, I talked with another girl (unfortunately, I do not remember the name). She also calmly and clearly informed me and gave me a couple of tips. We tried to fly to Georgia with the help of this agency (Softtour, Minsk World), but it didn't work out! The story is this: we chose a tour on the company's website, sent an application, the manager contacted us, offered more options, everything was fine. A little later, the manager clarified whether we had decided on the tour. We have already decided and said exactly what to book. Because it was the weekend, it was not possible to come to the office or pay by erip, which we warned the manager about, we were informed that we would arrive either on Sunday, or at least on Monday. On Monday, we also talked about the tour with the same manager and clarified that we would arrive in the evening to buy the tour. In the evening, upon arrival at the office, another manager informed us that there were no tickets for these dates. The manager, with whom we talked all the days before, never once said that there were few tickets and we should buy the tour as soon as possible. As it turned out, to book a tour, you need to sign a contract, and to sign a contract, you need to make a 100% prepayment. It's ingeniously simple, then the point is to communicate with the manager and confirm something, if you can just look at the website and go to the office to buy a tour, the manager's utility coefficient for both the agency and tourists is reduced to 0. No apologies or alternative replacement were offered, the situation on the part of the manager is presented as their own fault. Maybe, of course, our fault is that we did not immediately arrive 350 km away. to the agency, but for the first time we came across the fact that for booking you need to pay for the tour in full, usually agents book the tour, and specify the terms of prepayment, either full or partial. In short, our trip to Georgia ended before it even started. It's a pity!

I'll start with the cons, the minus was the only furniture in the room, but I only saw it at night because there was something to do all day. The territory of the hotel is large in total 6 different pools, slides for adults and children. The beach is private sandy without stones. There was plenty of food. The staff is super friendly. The security service is on top. In general, if you do not pay attention to the furniture in the room, then everything is just great. The rest was a success. The next trip to Sharm el Sheikh is only in Gafi and from the Soft tour, I hope I will get discounts

Решили поехать семьей на отдых в Турцию, первый раз планировала поездку в жизни, переживала немного. Сестра посоветовала софттур. Пришла с нашими пожеланиями, и Наталья нам подобрала подходящий отель в отличном месте и с прекрасным соотношением цена-качество, и я поняла что переживать не о чем) Всегда находился ответ на мои глупые и не очень вопросы) Очень понравилось, что Наталья всегда на связи в мессенджере и всегда подскажет - напомнит.
Так же очень удобно что все документы можно просматривать в телефоне и планшете в приложении.
вобщем - то место, в которое теперь буду ходить за путевками и рекомендовать всем)

Добрый день! Хотела бы оставить отзыв о поездке в Грузию (Батуми) с 30.07 по 13.08. Отдыхали в отеле O. Galogre. Нам этот отель посоветовала Наталья (туроператор Softtour). Отель хороший, расположение в центре самого старого города. Попали мы в самые теплые дни сезона, дождей почти не было. Хоть, у нас были только завтраки в отеле, близость отеля к ресторанам позволяла нам попробовать и грузинскую кухню, и европейскую. Отдых нам понравился! Отдельное спасибо хотим сказать Наталье, как она нам все расписывало , так и прошел наш отдых.
