The advantages of this garden association are only that it is distributed near Minsk, behind the 9th kilometer, there was such a term. That's where the benefits end. If you are going to use a plot in the ST for a vegetable garden, wasted labor, infertile land, go broke on fertilizers. The lawn doesn't grow either. And if you are thinking of building a house for permanent residence, get ready to fight for survival. It is very noisy - there is an industrial zone and a railway nearby. The asphalt to the border of the ST and in the ST is only a primer, in winter several main roads are cleaned. There are always problems with electricity because the networks are outdated and there is not enough substation power.
