We've already visited a lot of shops. Seriously, my head was spinning: it was the same everywhere, the mattresses were like twins, and the salesmen were learning the same scripts. We already thought that the ideal option was a myth. We entered this store by accident on our way home. Tired, the mood was "let's take a quick look and leave." And then — Svetlana! Her approach is something extraordinary. She didn't overwhelm us with characteristics. She just said: "Get undressed." And she laid us on THREE different mattresses. We lay there, turned around, got used to it — and at that moment she calmly talked about the contents. The coolest thing is that the prices have been hidden all this time. We didn't choose the price tag, but the feeling of the back! This is a huge plus, because in other places you immediately look at the cost and subconsciously discard comfortable but "expensive" options. In the end, they chose a mattress that I didn't want to get up on. When Svetlana announced the price, we were pleasantly surprised (it turned out that our choice does not kill the budget!). Svetlana, you are a sorceress! Thank you for your honesty, unconventional approach, and real concern for our sleep. Such sellers need to put up monuments and raise their salaries! To the store — only to you and only with closed price tags I recommend 1000%

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the purchase. The bed started creaking after a week, and a month later the problem worsened. The consultant recommended a fabric that was claimed to be resistant to pet claws, but the cat scratched it on the very first day. There were also problems with delivery — the courier arrived earlier than the agreed time, which is why I had to leave my job immediately. The store rejected the complaint, shifting all responsibility to the customer. In general, the quality of the product is poor and the handling of complaints is poor. I don't recommend it.

We bought a bed in September 2024, and six months later the creaking started in the lifting mechanism. For six months, Sonit has not solved this problem.The company's employees changed the lifting mechanism and the base of the bed more than once, but the creaks remained! The issue is solved by poking, not knowing what the problem is! I do not recommend buying a bed from this manufacturer!
