I give the highest marks for the staff, location and atmosphere. A wonderful receptionist, a professional and extremely pleasant master (Alexandra, if I'm not mistaken). They promptly found a window for my unforeseen situation, and after 10 minutes they accepted it. I am very spoiled by Moscow services, but here everything surprisingly turned out to be beyond all praise. At first it may seem that the technical equipment of the salon itself is insufficient (there are some devices that are familiar to me, such as coasters, fans from nail dust), but don't let it bother you - the work will be done perfectly, and the staff is simply wonderful. And that's the most important thing.

**Extremely disappointed to visit the salon!** I went to see the prices and get acquainted with the salon. From the first step, I felt like an unwelcome guest. The receptionist was so unfriendly that the desire to stay and use the services instantly evaporated. I got the impression that the staff was annoyed by the very fact of my presence. The questions were answered through gritted teeth, without the slightest desire to help or advise. The atmosphere in the salon is simply depressing — there is no friendliness, no desire to create a comfortable environment for the client. ** I strongly do not recommend ** this place. The attitude of the staff is so repulsive that no discounts or location will make me come back. It is better to spend time searching for a salon where every customer is appreciated and knows how to create a pleasant atmosphere.
