This used to be my favorite place to eat, but recently their service has gotten worse. In short: We were served cocktails in plastic cups, next time you'll get your English breakfast without coffee, tea, or juice. Sometimes, you'll wait up to 15 minutes before anyone notices you and takes your order. They even forgot to bring us salt for 10 minutes straight. For some reason, they almost never give you steak knives with your steak—you'll probably have to ask for them. We've only received steak knives without asking once. Keep in mind, they're charging 10% for service. Without that extra charge, the experience wouldn't be so bad, but with it? Come on, guys, your service should be a lot better. The food is really good(4/5), but most likely it'll just be warm since it takes too long to serve...
