This used to be my favorite place to eat, but recently their service has gotten worse.
In short: We were served cocktails in plastic cups, next time you'll get your English breakfast without coffee, tea, or juice. Sometimes, you'll wait up to 15 minutes before anyone notices you and takes your order. They even forgot to bring us salt for 10 minutes straight. For some reason, they almost never give you steak knives with your steak—you'll probably have to ask for them. We've only received steak knives without asking once.
Keep in mind, they're charging 10% for service. Without that extra charge, the experience wouldn't be so bad, but with it? Come on, guys, your service should be a lot better.
The food is really good(4/5), but most likely it'll just be warm since it takes too long to serve...

Very nice place in the heart of Yerevan, especially for couples with kids. They have a nice playing room for kids .

The best place to go with a child. The playing room is nice, and babysitters too. Their pizza, desserts and ice-cream are very tasty. But the menu is poor on healthy food

Cafe Sorriso left a generally pleasant impression. The interior is stylish and cozy, the atmosphere is relaxing — a great place to meet friends or have a relaxing dinner. The menu is varied, the dishes are delicious, especially the pasta and desserts.
However, the service could have been a little better. The waiters were polite, but sometimes you had to wait longer than you would like, even with a small number of visitors. If we improve this moment, the cafe will become almost perfect.
In general, I recommend this place for a delicious dinner and a pleasant stay. Rating: 4 out of 5.

It's a very nice and fun place, lots of people, and everything is very fast and clear.
We ordered pizza with prosciutto and pesto, very very tasty.
And a treasure sandwich. Treasure sandwich is the worst I've ever eaten in my life, it could only be made so dry by some very big "professional" in this business.
When I saw that other tables were also carrying such a sandwich club, I wanted to come try it, maybe I was so unlucky))
And the most delicious Coca Cola in glass, in Armenia it seemed to be particularly tasty)

We visited this cafe twice and were very satisfied with everything: 1) delicious 2) cheap 3) clean 4) good location - the main central pedestrian street 5) fast service and waiting for an order 6) sufficient space on the veranda and inside.

A cozy, "warm" cafe. All the desserts are very tasty, the child really liked the sweet pizza. Light and delicious mulled wine. Cute glazed cookies were served as a gift for tea. Very pleasant.

We ate ice cream in this cafe, I took Bounty, my husband took Raffaello. We didn't try anything else here, but the ice cream was very tasty.
The staff is polite, they will orient you according to your tastes, they can tell you something. I recommend it!
Upd: we went here for breakfast — it was delicious and fast, the menu is good!

We came together with my husband on 05.10 at about 14:50 to this institution.
Ordered: gnocchi soup, banana splat, kiwi cream pancakes, Earl grey and Americano.
It takes 10 minutes, they bring only coffee, then after 5 banana ice cream, my young man was already finishing the ice cream, but two people did not bring me tea, at 28 minutes they bring soup and pancakes. Question: what is going on in your kitchen and with the waiters in the hall?! As a result, we refused those dishes that were never brought to us (kiwi pancakes-cream and tea). 1 star only for the soup.
They calculated and apologized.
Total: spoiled mood.
I do not recommend coming here.
The service is disgusting.

It's a very pleasant place. Nice atmosphere. The most delicious cakes in all of Yerevan) carrot cake and tiramisu is love! The waffles are also very tasty.
Prices are above average. About 2000 drams for a piece of cake. Tea kettle 1300-1600. Fruit - 2500 drams. The food is very tasty. About 3,000 drams. A pleasant place to meet friends.

It's a great place, we often go here, it's the most delicious Sorrizo of all, there have never been any problems, everything is always good. The staff is excellent.

There have been several times. In general, everything is delicious.
I liked the service and the children's room (well done nanny), 2 stars thanks to them.
On the last visit, there were 6 people in the company, 2 ordered pizza with a pear, both had poisoning.
The other 4 people (who didn't eat pizza) feel great.
The dishes were delicious.
Maybe we were just unlucky.

We were at this place on northern Avenue today . There are no questions about the kitchen. Questions for the waiters!!! We ordered watermelon lemonade for 1,900 drams and two mojitos . After a while, a girl came up and suggested adding another mojito instead of the missing watermelon lemonade . We agreed ! As a result, the watermelon lemonade position was not removed in the receipt, which was in Armenian ! But we counted three mojitos (we saw them in the text translation application). They cheated on 1900dram. The table took one , the order was taken out by another , and the third was met . An extremely unpleasant situation! Do you often practice this with your guests???

We took mojitos, apricot ale, fettuccine with chicken, pizza. Pizza is a masterpiece! The best pear and roquefort pizza I've ever tasted.
