I went there from the opening, in general, it was an ordinary store with its pros and cons (the cons were overlaid by adequate employees). A lot has changed now. A small part of the "old guard" still pays attention to the buyer, the new faces mostly hate the buyers (this is the impression I get from time to time). Separately, I would like to highlight the forced redirection of customers to self-service cash desks without the right to choose. Leave at least one cashier with a cashier (preferably two) on a permanent basis, and self-service (which still does not work correctly) on a voluntary basis. Sometimes, customers don't know how to use it either. Taken together, all of the above contributes to the formation of long queues, which forced the replacement of this store with another one. In general, I rarely go myself now and I don't advise my friends... P.S. The average check is 100-120 rubles every day.
