We had a rest with friends in this cafe on January 7, celebrated Christmas. There were a lot of people. The cuisine was excellent, all the dishes were delicious (and very large and satisfying), the bar menu generally had a huge selection and the prices were reasonable. The service is excellent, the waitress is a very nice girl. I liked everything! The only negative is the company that was sitting with us on the same terrace, dissatisfied with the life of a woman, everything was wrong for them. It seems to me that all the other guests were just waiting for this table to leave)))

We like to come to the park on weekends to work up an appetite and go to the Owl for pizza from the oven and delicious tea. However, today my daughter took fried potatoes with shish kebab from thigh fillet, the potatoes are delicious and crispy, and the shish kebab is frankly dry. But the pizza is always on top, crispy crust and lots of toppings.

Visiting this institution has already had a negative experience, but in honor of the holiday we decided to give the Owl a chance. On January 7, the family arrived for Christmas lunch. The order was accepted 20 minutes after boarding, and the dishes were served for 60-90 minutes. Pizza from the oven -90 minutes. The pizza from the oven turned out to be cold, as well as the chicken sausages, which were heated twice with a not very happy face! If the pizza was slightly warm, the sausages were frozen! The waitress tried to defuse the tense situation, but not very successfully. The total receipt is 500 byn. I heartily do not recommend this institution. One-star rating. Unfortunately, the lack of competition is ruining the restaurant industry in our city too much.

Every weekend, my family and I go to the Sova cafe for delicious pizza from the Russian oven and there is something to share about this cafe. The first thing I would like to mention is the friendly staff, who will always advise you on the choice of dishes (the menu is very extensive). The waitress girls are always polite and have a sense of humor. A huge plus is that you can come with your pet and be sure to bring a bowl of water for the dog.🐶 Excellent location of the establishment with panoramic windows on the verandas and a beautiful view of the Dvina River. Excellent delicious cuisine and a large selection of drinks. Good luck and prosperity!

Every summer, when I come to Belarus, I always find time to visit this place again. The cozy establishment, hidden in the greenery of the beautiful Mazurin Park, has never disappointed us. The kitchen is just great! Everything we tried was always delicious: balanced dishes, generous portions, neat and aesthetic serving. The menu is varied, even if you and your friends have different tastes, everyone will find something to their liking. I would like to say a special thanks to the waitress Kristina. Very pleasant and professional. She always greets you with a smile, ready to help and prompt. If you are looking for a place where you can not just have a delicious meal, but have a quiet time in nature, with good service and a cozy atmosphere, Owl is definitely worth your visit. Especially if you have elderly people with you, as in our case. They will also like this kind of environment very much.

I often visit this beautiful place. The impressions are great. The food is incredibly delicious, which makes you want to lose yourself in pleasure. The hall is always clean, there are two verandas, my favorite is the small one. Polite and friendly staff who will always help with the choice. All the girls are cute and sociable, and the eye is already happy. There is a parking lot, a swing. The pizza from the oven is awesome! You can see how it is prepared. The drinks are delicious, especially smoothies and homemade lemonades. In general, it is one of the best establishments in Vitebsk.

This cafe is just an oasis against the backdrop of a deserted park in terms of infrastructure. Tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, eager for peace and quiet, there is a direct road here. Beautiful views, especially in winter and autumn. A cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite, although not very efficient and has not thoroughly mastered the skills of service (whether due to youth or inexperience, I do not know). The dishes are very decent. The only drawback is that with the influx of visitors, the waiting time can be sooooo long, but you can pass it by walking in the park.

When they arrived, they waited at least 15 minutes for pizza, the waiters forgot about the sauce in general, and the drink they ordered was also not questioned, they approached the reception twice and reminded... In general, the pizza and fries were eaten by the time the sauces reached us, and they remained untouched, but paid for, you know... And we were with children who didn't really want to stand it, because they were naturally hungry... The only change was a free cheesecake.... In general, the wish to the owners of the cafe is to recruit more intelligent staff!!! I take off a star for the service, although it was possible to remove all three....

We went on September 1, took a walk before the start of the school year. What nature, forest, greenery, air, interior in a cafe, serving ... and perhaps that's all... if the waiter had told us to sit and just admire the view from the window and the fire in the fireplace, my rating would have been higher, but we ordered four pizzas, salads, French fries, lattes- the whole kitchen it's just terrible, and the prices for such "food" are huge. All the pizzas were raw when we said that, the next ones were brought to us burnt. It's a shock!!! The kitchen is -1 point; the food is 5 out of 10 points, the atmosphere is spoiled by the cuisine and service. The price tag is not high enough for the quality of service. We waited an hour and a half for pizza, and it was brought cold. They refused to make pancakes, citing a full landing. Seriously?? Are pancakes difficult to make??? This is the simplest dish. It's a disgrace!! This cafe has been given a chance five times already. A disgrace to the owner, the boss and the entire Vitebsk business!

Plus it's just the location. We ordered a barbecue.Our whole company had the feeling that the meat was cooked and baked in the oven. When asked where the barbecue is fried, the waiter replied that it is in a separate house and a person comes there if necessary) apparently when we were in the cafe there was no such need))) country cafes usually always smell of smoke, roasting barbecue, etc. I understand that there is zero competition in the city, but when I said that I would write a negative review, the waiter replied that they are always happy to receive any criticism)))

We recently celebrated a birthday at the Sova cafe, and I want to share my impressions. On May 26, our holiday was just wonderful! From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who helped to organize everything at the highest level. The interior of the cafe is very cozy and stylish, creating an atmosphere of comfort and coziness. I especially liked the original decorations and soft lighting, which added a special atmosphere to our evening. I would like to mention the kitchen separately – all the dishes were not only beautifully decorated, but also very tasty! The menu is varied, and each of our guests has found something to their liking. I especially liked the specialties and desserts – a real gastronomic masterpiece! The service was excellent: the waiters and the receptionist were polite, attentive and fast. All wishes and requests were fulfilled promptly and with a smile. The Sova Cafe is a really great place to celebrate important events. We were absolutely delighted and will definitely come back here again. We recommend it to everyone! The owl cafe didn't leave the best impression for me. Although the food there is delicious, the service leaves much to be desired. We ordered the food by 2 p.m. , but it was served only 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I really want to leave a review about this cafe, about the administrator and the director of the cafe, in February we came to book a hall for the wedding celebration, everything was fine, a deposit of 100 Belarusian rubles was deposited (they didn't give us a check, they said they remembered). Two weeks before the wedding, they came to make up the menu, everything seemed to be fine, but they didn't tell us the amount for which the check was coming out, when they came home they counted it themselves, and it turned out that we had been cheated by 700 rubles, so the first rule is to double-check the checks. Secondly, I asked if it would be possible to bring a drink to the child, to which the administrator replied no and said if you bring it, you will have to pay a fine of 50 Belarusian rubles per 0.5 liters, they also equated sweets and alcohol to this, which would be played by the presenter at the wedding, but after long conversations the director came and allowed, but set many conditions. When asked how they imposed a fine for 0.5 liters of 50 rubles, which was not from their cafe, the director said that this was their internal fine, and they did not receive an answer to the question of whether they had official documents for collecting fines. In general, the mood was spoiled before the wedding. But as a result, we changed the cafe. But there is one advantage in the owl cafe. They returned all the money.

I know about this place from friends, I've heard exceptionally good things. I decided that my experience today might be useful to someone. The average check in the restaurant is quite high, while a good half of what was ordered was absolutely tasteless. I probably liked only the cabbage soup, the borscht was also edible, but too sweet. The view from the window is wonderful. That's all. Let's start with the pasta bolognese that I ordered for my son (sorry, I didn't take a photo) Apparently this is an author's pitch, I don't know, but the pasta was completely white, not a trace of tomato paste or tomatoes. Actually, this dish had only minced meat in common with bolognese. A raw egg yolk will also be a surprise to you. It would be fine if this miracle were at least somewhat edible. I asked to pick up the pasta, to which the administrator/manager of the establishment said that I had not read the description of the dish and she would not remove the item from the bill (please note that I asked to pick up the pasta solely because of the disgusting taste) The draniki were rancid, presumably because of the old oil they were fried in. At the end of lunch, my mom finally got her polenta with mushrooms. It's indecently tasteless. The waitress's communication seemed rather annoying to us from the very beginning. In the final, the children were given a cupcake each, unfortunately, this cannot be a substitute for lunch. 😢 To be honest, this is my first experience writing such reviews. Although I don 't recall any such stories from a gastronomic point of view . I am writing with the hope that I will be heard.

On Easter we visited the Owl cafe. And we were disappointed. The chicken kebab was brought slightly warm and not tasty. The pancakes were overcooked on the outside to a stale crust, inside there were green raw potatoes (the dish costs 16 rubles!). The chicken soup from the children's menu was pleasant, fresh and delicious. Borscht for 12 rubles certainly pumped up. Potato slices from frozen old potatoes waited for 40 minutes and were left on the table, not tasty. A restaurant with a beautiful veranda, in the woods, with a variety of expensive menus, the waiter tries his best - this is one of the advantages.
