Хороший фудкорт, есть бургер кинг, доминос пицца, кфс, додо пицца и ещё пару заведений. Внутри большой магазин картин с обувью, бублик, электросила и санта. Ну и магазинов 10-15 маленьких. Ещё есть магазин 3 цены, мила, кристалл и несколько аптек. Не хватает пару столовых популярных магазинов одежды. Метро сразу рядом со входом.

Спектр - это центр Вселенной Уручья. Здесь тусуется молодёжь, организуются встречи. Есть множество магазинов, пиццерий, аптеки. Можно попить кофе в Coffix. Хорошо, что открыли Serge.
Есть банкоматы разных банков и Беларусбанк.

Taking into account the fact that I have been living in Uruchye for 11 years and have never had a shopping center here, then Spectrum is already good.One of the advantages is a bunch of shops in various categories, there is also a shopping center right at the exit of the Uruchye metro station.Of the minuses-this shopping center is a maze, there is no well-thought-out scheme of the building.Perhaps it was supposed to be an office building.You go into it and then follow the arrows and signs trying to figure out where to go.

Современное решение уплотнения городской застройки. На выходе из метро построен торговый центр и позади высотный дом. Общепит представлен широко, торговый ассортимент тоже, проходимость очень высокая. Но с парковкой просто ад. Из части развязки попытались сделать дублёр проспекта и там постоянная толчея с обе стороны. Выезд грузовиков и торгового центра через соседний двор, который и так забит. Удобно конечно что выходя из подземного перехода очень близко зайти в ТЦ, но плитка на крыльце в сырую и снежную погоду превращается с каток, так что рядом пора достраивать травмпункт.

Очень много разных магазинчиков, для любого повода. На первом этаже напротив Санты есть магазин белорусской косметики Белита-М. Люблю там покупать полезности для себя любимой)

Удобный центр, т.к. расположен рядом с метро. АМИ мебель внутри маленький, с минимальным ассортиментом. Зато магазин " vdom" порадовал большим помещением и хорошим ассортиментом.
Больше никаких магазинов СПЕКТРА не посещала

ТЦ чистый, проходы нормальные,правда в некоторых магазинах стеклянные прозрачные двери и когда их открывают нараспашку можно попасть в неловкую ситуацию.
Магазинов много, но я для себя не нашла там хорошего выбора одежды, магазины есть,но товары абсолютно неинтересные.
Удобно,что там есть магазин обуви Kari, детский большой магазин Буслик, там можно найти технические товары,аптеки,продуктовый,магазин Красный пищевик, кофейни, пиццерии, KFC, Мила,Остров чистоты и т.д.
Кроме того, на втором этаже есть школа танцев,а на третьем- спортивная студия Sport family.
В целом, удобно, что рядом с домом есть возможность закрыть сразу несколько потребностей с ТЦ Спектр.

Сложно назвать это строение торговым центром. Это просто кучка магазинов слепленных в один комок. Из достоинств данного "ТЦ" только расположение прямо возле метро. Из недостатков узкие проходы, никакая навигация по самому "ТЦ", сложности при перемещении из одного магазина в другой (нет общего холла или коридора на весь этаж и нужно искать окольные пути при перемещении), отсутствие санузлов для посетителей в самом "ТЦ" а не в точках общепита (возможно они есть, но не были обнаружены за многое количество раз моего посещения). К самим магазинам претензий нет ну кроме того, что нужно выбирать арендные площади по-лучше.

Хороший торговый центр. Есть пиццерия Домино'с, магазин Санта. В торговом центре 3 этажа но иногда не работает лифт. Также есть магазин детской одежды и бургер кинг.

Неплохой торговый центр, хоть и небольшой. Магазинов там немного: Санта, Буслик, Кари, Свитанок, Брестские носки, Vdom, Lado, Conte, Все для художника... Есть бургер-кинг для перекуса. Удобно, когда не хочется выезжать из Уручья и нужно что-то купить быстро (учитывайте наличие магазинов, купить тут можно не все).
За несколько лет существования центра удалось кое-как привыкнуть к планировке, НО... Думаю, тот, кто проектировал эти лабиринты, икает в рабочее время до сих пор.
Первое время я не могла найти даже вход, не говоря уже о нужном магазине внутри. Причем, вход я не могла найти не только в первый раз, но и много раз после, когда уже знала примерно, где искать. Нужные магазины не всегда могу найти с первого раза до сих пор, хотя центр совсем небольшой и казалось бы, не должно быть проблем.

Достаточно хаотичное расположение магазинчиков. В первый раз пришлось блуждать коридорами. Входов много, но ... Например, вывеска оптики, которая была мне нужна, на фасаде здания почему-то располагалась над соседним входом, что очень понятно. Находится в оживлённом месте, а парковка никакая, не приткнуться
