A sanatorium where you want to come again and again. The rooms are renovated, clean, the view from the balconies in the odd rooms of the 1st building is on the lake. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest, which creates a unique microclimate of the air. The service is all OK, polite, attentive staff. The food is a custom-made menu, so as not to overeat, I would even remove desserts and milk for dinner. The area with a swing in a pine forest overlooking the lake is very relaxing. Two swimming pools, cleanliness everywhere. A huge gym with excellent instructors. Pilates classes, bodyflex, oxysise and morning exercises are great additions to the procedures. There is also a physical therapy room and Aqua aerobics in the pool. Everything is as it should be for rehabilitation. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the rooms, not on site. The standard rooms have good beds and orthopedic mattresses. Sleep was restored, my stomach recovered. The pump room with mineral water is excellent, the water is pleasant. Prices compared to Europe for so much service are much lower.

2023: In short: excellent staff, it's great that there are 2 swimming pools for swimmers and vacationers, poor food and service in the dining room is not very good, an excellent cafe with dancing and a bar, with humane prices, treatment and spa are good. We need to do something about the dining room. And it will be just lovely !
February 2024: everything remains the same. unfortunately, the queues for drinks and salads in the dining room are very annoying. Lunch is short, everyone arrives on time and the salads are immediately sorted. After a while, when everyone has already eaten, they are informed , but they no longer need to. Do something about it already. Add 1 more coffee machine and salad bar to each room. This is not such a huge expense for a sanatorium. But there will not be this shameful queue, which annoys all vacationers.

I came to Sputnik for the 6th time. It's always a pleasure to be there. The single room is spacious and clean. They are cleaned daily. There are 2 swimming pools in the sanatorium. There are many different procedures. Although some treatments are not available on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays. Although it would be possible to organize a rolling work schedule for employees. I really like the food in the dining room on the principle of a "customized menu", which helps not to overeat. The menu is varied, the portions are large. A nutritionist constantly approaches and is interested in the quality of food. The staff of the sanatorium is very friendly. Every evening there is either a concert by professional artists or a movie. Children are shown cartoons in the cinema during the day. The territory is not very large. The sanatorium has a SPA center, although the prices in it are unreasonably high, especially in cosmetology (the quality of work does not match the stated prices). There is also a cafe at the sanatorium where you can relax in the evening, a pianist plays. And the repertoire of disco music in the cafe is uninteresting. The menu in the cafe is at reasonable prices, the dishes are delicious.
I already want to go there again.

In August 2023, I agree with almost everything that people write about the sanatorium: personal-5, nature-10 out of 5, procedures-5+, but the food, if not "picky", is -4 but 3 in a good way, I read the reviews of 2024 and understand that nothing has changed in the dining room - there is a queue for salads and drinks like in the school cafeteria of the USSR, it's a disgrace!!! The easiest way is to cut the vegetables and put them on the table for the convenience of pouring drinks! Well, the quality of the drinks is lame, to put it mildly. This year, we booked a vacation with the hope that the nutritional issues would be fixed, as we liked the main issue of wellness. Let's take a look and draw conclusions for the future. I will definitely write a review after the trip.

I didn't boil for long. I'll go through the points.
1) The sanatorium itself is good, the location is just super class, there are no mosquitoes.
2) the medical staff is excellent, everyone will help, everyone will tell you
3) the rooms are excellent, everything is clean, tidy, towels and bed linen are changed every 4-5 days.
That's where the advantages ended
Cons:
1) immediately the therapist did not hear me at all, prescribed the procedure for a blunder, I had to run for 4 days in a row to look for her and beg for procedures that are already included in the package, as it turned out. The therapist is constantly absent from the place where the appointment hours are indicated.
2) in the sanatorium, for a fee (this is normal), there is a sauna and a pool with geysers, as well as a Jacuzzi, exclusively outdoors, in full view of everyone, like in a zoo, there is no way to relax even in the sauna (there are floor-to-ceiling windows in the steam room). Apparently, the thermal room in the SPA was closed to promote the new attraction.
3) SPA only until 16.00, it is almost impossible to sign up for a massage, and I already talked about the Jacuzzi above. If you have procedures, you fly by, well, or welcome to 8 a.m.
4) nutrition: of the advantages, the food is delicious, if you have an allergy, then it will be noted and monitored. But there is a recommended salad bar, which is empty after 3-5 minutes from the start of lunch and dinner.
5) and the last thing. Today is 08/17/2024 Saturday, the only opportunity to sit somewhere after 21.00 is a cafe that is closed for special service, not even for vacationers, but for a whole bus of visiting people. It is very interesting on what basis, if the sanatorium does not offer any more activities for recreation.
6) the store is not working
Well, point 7, 1.5 weeks before my arrival, I called the sanatorium, explained my problem with the tooth that was in the process of treatment, and the sanatorium has dentistry, which is advertised as good, right on the website, and signed up for a consultation with subsequent treatment. Not only was I admitted half an hour later, because the doctor just went and dealt with her questions, so they refused to treat my tooth (pulpitis 5ki), took money for a consultation, without even asking me to open my mouth and sent me to Minsk to treat the tooth under a microscope. Thank you, super doctor, who treats virtually one channel under a microscope!

You will really like it if you are over 60.
Dear sanatorium, the year 2024 is on the threshold, please be more relevant and focused on the new generation, otherwise it's funny to watch Soviet films in the cinema, and listen to music from the 90s at the disco.

I came to the sanatorium for the first time, a large database of medical equipment,everything is scheduled by the minute-every procedure,the staff is very attentive and friendly,food for 4, the menu is customized-sometimes it turned out not what I wanted, but no one left hungry, the territory of the sanatorium left a great impression-the largest lake Naroch and tall pines-it's a pleasure to walk!!!

The Naroch satellite will conquer your heart from the first visit. There are a lot of fans of maintaining health in the Satellite. I have been meeting people who have been coming here for 10-18 years. Positive: 1. An extensive medical base, it is still necessary to find in a larger range of medical services. 2. Staff- professionalism and pleasant communication. 3. Pools - of three. 4. SPA with thermal room, a complete delight. Terrible food!!! We had a rest on a weekend tour in November 2024. We've been to a lot of places, but this is the first time I've seen this. a weekend tour for two costs about 800 rubles. How can you feed people like that for that kind of money??? firstly, the menu is not custom-made, as indicated on the websites, but from the chef), so to speak, specialty dishes.. and this is rice with a store-bought cutlet for dinner, a cutlet for lunch and for breakfast too. there is nothing to drink, coffee is cheap and not always, compote is water with honey, I don't say anything about cocoa at all.. the grapes were served unwashed, the plate was black from it.. soup is water with cabbage, it resembles a soup from a cheap dining room, but in no way a balanced diet and a signature dish from the chef)). Personally, I went hungry and in search of a drink for two days. as for accommodation. there are no questions about the number, but it is not cleaned these days, only the garbage is taken out. gels and shampoos are not added, washed 1 time and that's enough.. by the pool, sauna, Jacuzzi -everything seems to be normal here (if you don't mean the old antediluvian plumbing in the showers). and yes, you need to make an appointment for all this in advance, otherwise you can stay without it. so is the bar. to sit and eat, so to speak, at least for money-a record for a week. there are no questions about the staff, everything is clear here, cultured and friendly. well, the most plus is, of course, nature and species. but the terrible kitchen ruined the whole vacation, the impressions were bad and of course there is no desire to return here anymore!

The sanatorium is located in a pine forest on the shore of the lake. Good medical base(procedures) Two pools. The kitchen is like in kindergarten, everything is steamed.That's fine with me! People eat a lot, the portions are large (paradise for overweight) everything is very good (recovery from surgery helped me) But no more than 11 days! There are no seasonal fruits and vegetables, although the month is July! All fruits are like in winter (apples, oranges, pears)I can survive for 10 days, nothing!

We stayed in the sanatorium for the first time, on a wellness package. There is not much to compare it with, so I write everything as it is.
On the plus side: I liked the food, although it was prepared by baking, cooking, everything was quite tasty and satisfying. In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, kefir, yoghurts, fruits, and sweets were also given. There were only buns from the pastries, I would like something tastier (croissants, puffs). There are no complaints about the room, it was clean, cleaned well, the maids fulfilled all requests. The territory is very large, clean, gentrified, everywhere there are benches, gazebos, deck chairs, hanging cocoons. There is a place to walk, ride bicycles and all this in the purest pine forest. We went to the pool every day at 8 a.m., there weren't many people.
Of the cons:
The working hours of all the offices were a little annoying, I had to take pictures of everything and then watch it. Well, for example, a gym: it works in the morning, then a break, then it works again, as well as a fitness room. The pump room is also on schedule.
I didn't like that even for our money we couldn't get a manual back massage, underwater massage. We took the procedures already for the remainder.
In general, the sanatorium is not bad, we rested and recharged. Next time I will choose another sanatorium.

We rested in April only because we could not take trips to another sanatorium. The satellite was pleasantly surprised. Very beautiful and large territory. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine. Events for every taste. In the evenings, there is a restaurant with live music and a dance program. A nice SPA complex. And they also started building a year-round complex with an outdoor swimming pool. We will definitely come back.

Good for unsophisticated people. The food is quite of the same type and bland, but this is understandable - a sanatorium. The portions are large, you can even eat too much. Cool pools, it's cool that sports is unlimited. We haven't been to the sauna. It's a pity that the salt cave is paid. All procedures are like everywhere else in sanatoriums: mud, electric and thermal therapy, magnetic therapy, bathrooms, massages (I was lucky - I got a cool masseuse)…
An interesting spasm (for a fee), but as everywhere it is important to get to a good specialist.
A large well-groomed territory, walk in the wild! You can rent a bike, there is a magnificent Kneipp track, and a sweet instructor girl, Kristina, conducts wonderful exercises and bike tours.
The lake is beautiful, but you can't swim! We went to Beloe and Rudakovskoye. If you are not afraid of horseflies and long forest crossings, then you need an ecotrope to the Blue Lakes.
Service for 3-4. I had to wait for a therapist and some procedures, despite the schedule. Either there is no doctor, or a nurse is somewhere…
In general, it is satisfactory.
Yes, we lived in an old building and it's cool, great sound insulation. The new one is worse. And the bad news is that there is no normal gym. There are several old simulators in the torture chamber, no air conditioners, no open windows, and this is for the money!!!
We got into a very hot period, +30 and above. There is nothing to breathe from the word at all in the rooms! There are no air conditioners.
There is a guarded parking lot (for money), respect to the manager!

There is only one small disadvantage - due to the presence of a huge variety of waterfowl - there is no beach area for swimming in the lake, but we compensated for this by swimming in two excellent pools of the sanatorium…

I liked everything in general. Nutrition, of course, is not for everyone (especially teenagers). I would like to be able to choose a menu for weekend tours (I just didn't eat some dishes). I had a rest and underwent treatment in a sanatorium with my friends from 12/24/203 to 01/5/2024. This is not our first sanatorium in Belarus, but we were very pleased with the Companion: good comfortable rooms, we especially liked the beds where you can sleep comfortably, a decent medical base with attentive and sensitive staff, After reading not very positive reviews, we had a slight worry about food, but everything turned out to be much better than they write. All the dishes are very tasty, there is a variety for every taste, there are enough greens and snacks. and if someone is bland, spices stand separately and you can add them to your dish. I don't even want to repeat it, because a lot has already been written about the beautiful location and magnificent nature. Everything is great. We thank all the staff for a great time and wellness.

The sanatorium is sooo pleasant! Great location, right on the shore of the lake, there is a pine forest behind, there are many more resorts nearby where you can go on excursions :)
The territory of the sanatorium is equipped with gazebos, benches, swings, flower beds and a small lake, in general everything is 100% done !!!
The staff is pleasant and qualified.
Sanatria Sputnik, Pines and Priozerny are considered the best on the Naroch coast, and it's not easy!!!

Excellent sanatorium! I had a rest from November 22 to December 3. Good service, food and treatment. There is everything you need for recuperation and treatment. Professional doctors, attentive attitude to every vacationer. There are several pools, good baths. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is all the necessary equipment at the rental. An excellent sanatorium. We returned from there yesterday. Excellent service starting with the guards. Whatever is required is implemented almost instantly. Good food, plenty and varied. We were celebrating the new year. There were trout and caviar on the tables. During the week there was not a single complaint or anything that could upset or dislike. No annoying factors. Especially in comparison with the sanatorium where we were a year ago (forest) heaven and earth. I liked everything and everyone. Both adults and children if a large company of 8 people. You can put 5 stars for only one view, a constant aesthetic pleasure. Playgrounds, benches, and swings are built into the natural array. It is very beautiful and atmospheric.
The rooms are well equipped and have everything you need. You can rent a bike, there is a gym, a gym, swimming pools, the staff is polite.

The best price/quality ratio. Excellent territory, pine forest, clean air, peace and quiet. The sanatorium itself is very clean, they clean everywhere all the time. Cosmetic repairs have been done, so everything is neat everywhere. The attitude of the staff towards the guests is very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and healthy without frills, but also not a hospital option, you choose by order for 2 days in advance. For children, there is a great children's room with a very good nanny Tatiana (from the age of 3 you can leave the baby and run to the procedures). There is a sports pool and a good one with a children's area, everywhere every 45 minutes they take a break for cleaning and disinfection, which is very correct. The medical base is excellent, a huge number of procedures, we did not even have time to go outside for the first 3 days, because all the time we had to run somewhere for procedures, and taking into account the air, we also slept constantly (both during the day with the child) and in the evening at 9-10 I already wanted to sleep again). In general, the impressions are only positive! My health has definitely been improved! A great place, we will definitely come back again!
