A good sanatorium . Clean, big. Nice staff, just great food. There was a detox program minus 3 kg without starving and noticeable skin and soul tightening) minus thin walls - it's a disaster if a neighbor coughs all night, then you don't sleep with him all night just like watching TV.

We had a rest from July 3 to July 15 in the cottage. We were very satisfied with the rest, only the weather let us down. The food is very good and varied. The service was always with a smile, any issues were resolved quickly. There are a lot of procedures, there are never queues for them. We will be happy to come again.

Excellent location on the shore of Lake Naroch. New modern buildings, air-conditioned rooms. It is located in a pine forest, a large, well-equipped territory. Excellent procedures. I put one star only for nature! That's where the advantages end! Three meals a day, but what a meal! Not only can you not choose a dish from the provided list (it is already very small), but the food is terrible. Mashed potatoes on water, hospital cutlets, inedible meat! You can continue indefinitely! If it were still warm, they would bring you already treasured food. For breakfast lunch and dinner 40 min. They have a swimming pool, even two. You need to sign up for them in advance) you can swim only for 45 minutes and strictly in a hat, if you don't have one, then they won't let you in. There is no service from the word at all! Cleaning of rooms and cabins includes only garbage collection.

I am writing a rebuttal to Valentina Led's review. I believe that this lampoon was written to order. I am not an employee of the sanatorium, not an employee of Belarusbank, moreover, a citizen of the Russian Federation. I have been vacationing in Sputnik for a long time, but for three years in a row - in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the poor sound insulation in the 2nd, new, building. Everything else in this sanatorium is very decent, including the friendly and helpful staff, very customer-oriented: I was specially prepared because a gluten-free diet is necessary for medical reasons. All three times I left the sanatorium later than the designated hour, because the train was late in the evening and, after coordination with the administration, I was officially allowed to do so. I was helped twice with booking tickets to the Minsk Theater. And all this without any additional charges. Yes, the food in the sanatorium is not a restaurant, it is a sanatorium canteen, but the dishes are cooked well. It is very strange that Valentina did not find a cafe/restaurant closer than 22 km away. Apparently, she did not bother to find out that this sanatorium has its own restaurant, where they also prepare customized dishes. Or did he not arrange it either? Then only to Paris, to a 5* restaurant, and not to a modest but strong Belarusian resort. The clinic just got the wrong address. Sorry.

We were with a friend in early May. The service is excellent, the staff is wonderful. I want to mention the workers on the mud. Rooms for 5 plus. But the presence of hair dryers is stated, there are none. For a fee from the maid. The place where the sanatorium is located is amazing, beautiful, well-maintained. I liked the pool, aqua aerobics with instructors. Nice sauna. SPA. But! Such food has never been eaten. Even in the 90s, the food was better in a bad canteen. Chefs try what they cook themselves!? It's just awful. Soup is not soup. Coffee is not coffee. And the side dish is porridge without anything. In general, we went 2 km to the store. We bought sausage, cheese, butter, etc. (very tasty) We concluded that we will definitely not return here

We stopped by to celebrate the New Year, left ahead of schedule, didn't like it. I wanted an active holiday, the advertising of the sanatorium bribed with its variety of offers and choices, but everything was not as in the advertisement. There is absolutely no sport if you are a lover of outdoor activities-the best activity for you is going to the store two kilometers from the Satellite. Every hour is marked in the Gym, but nothing starts according to the schedule, it will be difficult to find partners even for ping-pong, not like basketball, mini-football, tennis. I didn't like the pool, the gym is open for a very short amount of time, at inconvenient hours in the morning and before breakfast. The dining room often does not provide what was ordered. The staff is not very eager to listen to your wishes and adjust, the offers are not built for you, but for the general schedule. The air conditioner was not working in the room, the audibility was maximum, it was easy to find out how your neighbor's wife was doing, with whom he was talking quietly in the middle of the night. We are disappointed on all fronts. If you need a quiet vacation according to a schedule, where everything will be solved for you, but nothing more will be provided and your personal problems will not be solved-welcome. Be careful with the staff, they are ready to impose services on you, but for a lot of money, for example, to sell a ticket to a cafe for 50 rubles, which will not include food

Cons: the audibility in the multi-storey building 2 is just hellish - if you want to get enough sleep, ask for a room in the old building, otherwise drinking and fucking through cardboard walls will drive you crazy on the third day. The ticket price includes the most budget-friendly set of procedures, please pay for everything else: Even the gym, which is free and well equipped in the cheapest Egyptian hotels, leaves much to be desired and costs money. To be honest, I would be ashamed to take a fee for this. If you take some additional procedures from normal and effective ones, get ready to pay. Taking into account the many days of rest, the amount runs up quite a lot. The only entertainment is drinking in a restaurant. Local animation is the weakest point of the Satellite - at most you will be offered sober karaoke at 5 pm before dinner and watching a Russian wretched movie in a cinema or a video tour of the cities of Belarus (the full house is probably crazy)
If you want to buy something, you are welcome to go to a local store, if you are lucky and it will work. Prices are one and a half times higher than usual (by the way, regular juice costs about 4 rubles here, even Rich does not allow himself such arrogance). Or go to the neighboring hotels
In general, the impressions are twofold: it seems like the sanatorium is not bad, but these nasty nuances spoil the whole impression. It's up to you to decide whether the trip here is worth 2.5 hours from Minsk (and yes, I forgot to say: the transfer only goes on Mondays and Thursdays, so prepare another 30 rubles in both directions for a minibus)

For the second year in a row, I rested in May in this beautiful sanatorium. I personally like a lot of things here: treatments, spa services, meals, swimming pools (there are two of them here), thermal room, rooms are good... And what beautiful sunrises and sunsets on Lake Naroch, it's just my love, and I'm ready to watch this beauty forever!!! Every day on the lake is different from the previous one...Birdsong, swans, endless water, beautiful clouds, the smells of flowering trees, privacy with yourself... Of course, there are small disadvantages, but I honestly turned a blind eye to them, because I rested and recovered here, body and soul!

We had a rest on the weekend. In general, I liked everything. The room is good, renovated, there is enough in the room. The logistics of the buildings is good-easier than the neighbors in priozerny.
There could be better entertainment, only dancing. book a table almost a week in advance, there is only one billiard table and it is a long way to go. The gym is always empty, but this is not a complaint to the administration.
A good sauna complex - I really liked it. There are questions about the pool- a little deep. Everyone was piling up in a shallow area, but there is a "paddling pool" for children.
In terms of sound insulation, like all establishments of this type, it is no worse and no better than other sanatoriums.
Well, the wild cons are booking!!! 21st century!!! and you need to book by phone or something else, make a normal electronic reservation of all rooms. the information on the site is one in fact another (for the better). one of the advantages is payment upon arrival.
The next disadvantage is that you cannot drive up to the building upon check-in!!! Well, nonsense. There is a kind of electric car that carries things, but this is ngafik nada, let me stop by to unload things and leave (as in the same priozerny), the environment will not suffer from this in any way. And the most important disadvantage is nutrition- eat what they give. The custom menu is not the 20th century, it's the 18th, moreover, if you come for the weekend, you can't order it. This is the biggest disadvantage.
Everything is fine with the staff, there was no rudeness or negativity. Everything is polite and cultured, maybe lucky.

I rested there several times, basically everything they write is true, delicious food (I'm picky but I always found something to order) a great place, the staff did not annoy me in any way, and everything is normal. But this year I will not go there (I always went there for the New Year) because of the price, guys, for 120,000 for 2 adults and 1 child in Russia I will rest at least no worse, it's still Belarus for me it's first of all price-quality and at the moment for me the price in the Satellite is higher than quality P.S. I did not want to offend the Belarusian brothers in any way, I was just always amazed at how Belarus preserved its identity, but now I see that capitalism is defeating you.

I had a rest at the sanatorium in August. Overall, I liked it! You can go… But, of course, the audibility in the rooms in the new building is depressing. I had to learn how to sleep in earplugs (Maybe, of course, I have such a musical ear))), but I can hear everything: literally before phone conversations… But the sanatorium is located in the forest, and the nature here is just wonderful! I liked the food too, and I don't need any buffet… You pass it on, but here you don't go hungry, and you don't gain extra pounds ... The food is balanced and dietary. I want to say thank you to the guards who helped with the suitcase) and the maid on the 7th floor!. And the marketing staff, who met my wishes and gave me the number I asked for…I won't say anything about the medical part, because I had a wellness trip, without treatment. I liked the pool, which is wellness, especially the Jacuzzi). Yes, there is also a SPA in the Satellite. Also a credit! As for entertainment, it is a little strange for me personally that, having paid 150 Belarusian rubles per day (I am not an employee of Belarusbank, I rested for the full cost), it is difficult to get to a table in a cafe: you either need to order for 35 rubles, and why would I do that if I don't want to eat, but drink for such a I won't be able to pay the amount), but I want to spend the evening at the disco. I would like those who live in the sanatorium to be seated at tables without problems. Tatiana, the receptionist at the cafe, is a very nice girl, warm greetings to her!)
