We stayed for 4 nights in the middle of March 2026. A family with a child of 9 years old. Full compliance with the stated conditions and standards applicable to the 3* hotel. The location is simply excellent. You can quickly walk to the Old Town of Kaleici and all its attractions, to the park, the old port. It is easy to get to any place by public transport, there are tram and bus stops nearby in all directions. You can get to the airport by tram in 30 minutes without any traffic jams, and the bus station is also 30 minutes in the other direction). There are plenty of large and small shops, retail outlets, and cafes nearby. In general, the location is perfect. The breakfasts are excellent for a 3* hotel. There are no meat dishes. But there are eggs in different forms (omelets of several types, boiled, fried), vegetables, herbs in baked and stewed forms, in a variety of snacks, salads and in raw form. Fruits, pastries, cheeses. There are many types of olives, amazingly cooked eggplant and peppers. Everything is very tasty and there is enough of everything! The triple room is very large, the balcony is huge, the beds are good, the linen is white, the mattresses are comfortable. Cleaning was done daily. Towels were changed daily. True, they are not snow-white or too soft, but they are clean. The beds were changed 2 times in 4 days, although it was not necessary. The bathroom is large, all plumbing was working properly. The shower is only half fenced off, so water can get on the floor, you need to take this into account when taking a shower. There are few hooks (only 2) in the bathroom. By the way, there's a closet for clothes too. But we asked, and they brought us extra ones right away. There is no safe, or rather it is in the room "for beauty", but 3 * and does not imply the mandatory presence of a safe in the room. The air conditioner was working well. We needed it for heating, as it was in the middle of March and it was a bit cold in the evenings. The staff performs their work in good faith. The service is friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Many people write that the hotel is on a noisy street. Yes, but it is known in advance. Silence should immediately be sought elsewhere. But what a view of the city from the balcony! They also write that at 5 a.m. the muezzin sings loudly. But that's not the hotel's problem. Actually, this is the case everywhere in Muslim countries. The hotel has just done everything possible to muffle the sounds from the street, and the noise of the city and the calls to prayer. When the window is closed and the blackout curtains are closed (they perfectly muffle sounds and hide from the light), there is a sound, but it is barely audible. Nothing bothered us. In general, the hotel left a very good impression. You just shouldn't expect the same service and comfort from 3* as in a good 5.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is wonderful. The tram stop is 1 minute from the hotel entrance. This tram can take you to the airport in half an hour. Mark Antalya Shopping Center is a 10-minute walk away. Near the Old Bazaar. The very heart of the old town. All important locations are within walking distance. Traditional Turkish breakfasts - lots of vegetables, pastries, cheeses, fresh vegetables, fruits. The staff is polite and always ready to resolve any issue. It's a very good hotel for your money. The location of the hotel saves money on getting around the old town. We really like staying at the Start Hotel))
