I would like to express my gratitude to the Pravda service station team for the high-quality service of my car. I visited the service twice and was most satisfied with the result both times. Timeline of work: * 04/03/2026 — Visited the complex suspension diagnostics. We checked everything thoroughly, without trying to impose unnecessary services. * 03/09/2026 — Returned to scheduled work: replacement of the front brake discs and pads, replacement of the rear pads, as well as complete maintenance of the calipers. Team: I would like to express my special gratitude to the master receptionist George for his competent advice and clear organization of the process. All the work was done by master Vadim, a true professional in his field. Everything was done conscientiously, carefully and on time. Result: The prices are quite reasonable and correspond to the quality of the service. The car now behaves perfectly on the road, the brakes work perfectly. I applied to this service station for 2 reasons. The 1st one is nearby, the 2nd one is open until 20:00. I applied with the check engine error. I arrived, read it quickly, found out what was going on, and immediately gave recommendations and a solution plan. Actually, the next day after the arrival of the spare parts, the car was ready, and the headlight bulb burned out due to a power surge during the breakdown. Similarly, they offered to replace it and gave advice for the future. The price is the same as everywhere else, there is no extra charge. The work was done well with an additional test. I recommend this service station. Polite and pleasant staff.

Thank you so much to the staff of the service station!!! (Skoda Octavia A5) We contacted the station to find and eliminate the cause of the hum and crackle, and the craftsmen did everything! And the reason was trivial - just a half-axle died! We traveled to different stations for almost a year and tried to remove the annoying hum - we changed the floor of the car - the bearings of the car, the generator, etc. the hub bearings in the circle, the ball bearings, the internal joints, the pump (original), the entire muffler, the clutch with the flywheel, and then the suspension again in the circle! And so on, there's a lot more, I can't remember everything. It's at different stations and there were a lot of them! We came here for a diagnosis with the last hope and everything worked out - we threw a used axle and the torment was over! We've been driving for the second week now - there's silence in the car, the money is safe! An important point is that the craftsmen thought about the front hub wheels, they said to replace them and ordered spare parts, but they disassembled them and saw that they were ideally not changed (although the spare parts had already arrived) Recently, we were serviced for the second time on another issue - again, good diagnostics, service and responsive staff! Thanks for the work! We will be serviced only here!
