I had an implantation (7 implants + closed sinus lift). The operation took 4 hours. The surgeon (Nikita Rusetsky) confidently did everything, despite such a long time. I was very surprised by the anesthesia, the localization of which did not go beyond the manipulations, although more than two dozen injections were given. There was no feeling (as with treatment/removal at different times in different dentists) when the moment of the beginning and end of its action was still felt. The process of gum healing and osseointegration of implants is currently underway.
