A good station with good staff and a professional approach to business. I decided to order a replacement for the brake discs and pads, among other things, the brake caliper was repaired and the brake hose was on the verge of wear. I definitely recommend it

I brought cars to replace liquids (for the manager: client skoda fabia). The entire bottle of brake fluid was filled (more than the maximum was poured). I asked if it was okay, maybe they should have left me a quarter of the bottle to carry in the trunk if I needed to refill it. They replied that it would be better to pour it over and that the brakes would work better this way. I trusted the advice of the masters and drove like this for a month, after which the brake caliper on the wheel jammed. After spending time analyzing reputable sources on brake system repair, diagnostic results at a service station at an official Skoda dealer, as well as taking into account the experience of other car owners, we can unequivocally conclude that the cause of the breakdown was a high level of brake fluid. I also changed the steering rod and when I delivered my spare parts (in the original box and with receipts from car shops), the workers simply threw out the receipts and did not return them, the traction was returned (according to the craftsmen, the part did not fit), but the packaging was torn to pieces — then there were problems with the return. I asked to check the wiring with the dimensions and stops, they said that everything was fine, just the light bulbs burned out and changed them — the next day the lights stopped working again. Let's assume that competent craftsmen work here. Then, from my experience of interaction, I can say that the mediocre quality of the services provided to me can only be explained by the fact that the service station staff realized that I had a poor understanding of the car's design and the details of the work being carried out. I don't understand why it was necessary to deceive, to give such harmful advice. Any reasonable person understands that there are mistakes or force majeure - only those who do nothing are not mistaken. In addition, the prices here are not the highest, which is why mistakes are more than acceptable. However, I give the lowest rating, as I consider the peak of the lack of professionalism to be the presence of such a low and unethical corporate culture, manifested in "hanging noodles" to a gullible client.
