Я обратился к оператору (женщине) за консультацией, рассчитывая получить профессиональную помощь. Однако вместо того чтобы разобраться в ситуации и ответить по существу, сотрудница позволила себе хамское поведение: говорила в пренебрежительном тоне, перебивала, не давала задать вопрос и вставляла замечания, которые никак не относились к делу.

Разные виды страхования( осаго и грин карта, страховка жизни) Очень удобно, все в одном месте. А главное все честно. Так как в последнее время очень много левых полисов . Тут такого нет! Спасибо!
