We planned to arrange it in installments from the store for 4 months, and not from banks at interest. They wanted to issue it remotely, but the store said that they only issue it on the spot. Upon arrival at the store, we were told that the installments are not issued independently, but from ALFA Bank. As a result, the bank refused. Wasted time. I do not recommend the store from the word at all. All adequate stores have been registering remotely for a long time!!!

As a result, I waited until the 15th and came back to the store. They tried to send me to support again, but I insisted that the issue be resolved now. As a result, the store manager promised that they would contact me. On the morning of the 16th, we eventually got in touch by phone. I did not receive any apologies or explanations, there is simply no product (1.5 weeks gone, but we will not contact you). They just said they would refund the money and that's it. In total, 1.5 weeks were spent, the mouse went up in price, two trips to the store across the city so as not to get any answers. I found a store on the Online store, now they are even disconnected there. I do not recommend contacting them if you do not want to waste time when the product may become more expensive at any time.
