The receptionist girl is pleasant, the doctor girl is also very pleasant, told everything, answered questions and tried her best to save my cat, before that we visited another, much more expensive clinic and as I thought with good specialists, it turned out that a higher price is not a guarantee of good specialists if we got to this clinic before, then most likely my cat would be alive now. I came across it by accident, because it was the only place where I could be consulted by phone and received on the same day. It is also very convenient if there is a day hospital where your friend can be pumped🐈⬛

Good afternoon! We got a consultation and an examination by a doctor - Alexey Viktorovich Akhremchik. After examining the pet, all possible irritants were sorted out, and the nutrition was analyzed. The doctor suggested that some manipulations be carried out at home and monitor the pet. The reception was great, the puppy was not afraid. I recommend a doctor. A very sweet and pleasant girl on the phone.

We came to the reception several more times, and we also looked at it carefully. And the receptionists, the girls are polite and pleasant. I have the first dog in my life. There is no experience. At all. When buying, the breeder told me that on the 2nd day I would need to be vaccinated. I asked my friends if they could advise anyone, but everyone said that you can get vaccinated anywhere, it's just a vaccination. I chose the arrow because I didn't find any bad reviews. I called, wrote it down, clarified which vaccine was needed, everything is OK, come. The clinic is quiet, not a soul. The doctor is a man, I did not see the badge, and I did not specify the full name. Basically, when he came out, I wanted to turn around and leave, because there was no hello or any friendliness from the start. "Come on, put it down" and so on. So, with "put it down", on a cold iron table!!! Without a diaper, this is a paid clinic, where is the guarantee that the table is wiped? I have a chihuahua for 3 months, I immediately realized that she was cold and took it back in her arms. In response, "yes, keep it, maybe she's cold." What do you mean? Then why didn't they tell you to come with your diaper? Or is there something I don't understand? I repeated several times that this is the first dog in my life, I don't know anything yet. Before that, I was in another vet.at the clinic, but only with a cat and they always put a diaper on, the doctor talked affectionately. Here, the whole dialogue is solid negativity, that these dogs get sick a lot, intimidation, that their eyes fall out, cartilage turns out and everything with such mockery, I say why are you scaring me, I have the first dog, I really worry, in response, "well, as it is." Keep him in pain during the vaccination, I say I'm afraid, in response, "and I'm afraid." In general, everything is on such an unpleasant note. The dog was bought in Russia, there was a multican injection, I said it on the phone. The doctor said, "they die from these injections, you still suffer with him, be ready to learn about all dog diseases from him for the first year." Well, this is really some kind of horror. As if we are not in Belarus and this is not a vet clinic doctor. I asked when I called if I needed to get a consultation, they told me no, the doctor would examine the dog before the injection. And, believe me, they didn't answer any additional questions, the consultation wasn't paid, but the intimidation is free. I asked you to tell me when what vaccinations should be done, to give worms, nothing!!! And also, the doctor asked if we would get vaccinated against rabies, I say, if it's necessary and it's time, then yes, and he said to me, "well, you should know if you need it and whether it's time" 🙈 disaster! Apparently, this also needs consultation. I asked, are you a doctor? Should I buy a consultation from you? Or is another specialist doing the vaccinations? I was ready to pay for the consultations right away. "Well, sort of."…. "When you get on the trail.get vaccinated, pay for a consultation, 17 rubles., and you'll find out everything" since there were no people there at all, I thought you could do it right away. It's all indescribable. Just a solid negative, banter, neglect! It shouldn't be like this! Not only am I worried about my pet now, after his bullying, plus I'm worried that he was put on this bare table. And as a vaccination, now I'm worried too! I ask the clinic administration to pay attention to the quality of service, I will definitely not return to this specialist, and I will not advise anyone. And if it works, then I will warn other potential customers with this review. There are no questions for the administrator, she is a very nice, pleasant, kind and polite girl. Thanks to her. I was not given a receipt, I am attaching a photo of the debit from the card so that they would not answer that I did not confirm the data.

It's been a year since a kitty appeared in the family. All vaccinations, sterilization are in the Arrow. It is always possible to make an appointment at a convenient time during a scheduled visit. Cons - in emergency cases, I had to contact another cent, as it does not work late at night.

Я в восторге от ветклиники. Такие позитивные специалисты, на любые мои вопросы знают все ответы. Радует что в клинике можно купить ветпрепараты, корм, игрушки. Есть все что хочешь. Отдельная благодарность ветеринару Артёму Петровичу. Самый лучший индивидуальный подход который только может быть. Спасибо за то что вы делаете!!!

Отличное обслуживание! Были там со своей кошкой (и мы, и кошка были на стрессе😅), нас успокоили, оказали помощь, дали рекомендации. Очень приятные в общении, а главное компетентные специалисты. Впечатления от пребывания, не смотря на причину посещения, остались положительными.

Прекрасная клиника, теперь хожу только сюда. Лучшее отношение к питомцу. Наша боязливая кошечка перестала волноваться из-за походов к доктору. С уверенностью рекомендую ветклинику, даже если буду жить далеко, буду ездить к ним!

Хочу выразить признательность всему коллективу этой клиники! Приняли меня с заболевшим котиком без проволочек и ожидания. Персонал был вежлив и предупредителен, проконсультировали меня по поводу дальнейшего лечения котика. Слава богу, всё закончилось хорошо, Масик здоров и радует нашу семью. Хочу сказать спасибо ветклиники по ул Горецкого . Приехали с больной кошкой , все разъяснили , осмотрели . Потом приезжали только на укол , без всякой дополнительной оплаты ее осмотрели , проконсультировали ( до этого мы были в доктор вет , там ни слова не сказали ) Отношение очень хорошее , советую
