It would seem that there is no telling what to expect from the client... the vet clinic starts with the administrator. In our case, it turned out to be Vasilisa Kissuenko, who showed herself to be a polite person during that short conversation. Companies teach customers to smile, but many forget about the main thing. The main thing was the sincerity that could be read in Vasilisa's eyes. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a call the next day to find out if our cat was doing well after the operation. And of course, I want to thank Dr. Nina Valeryevna Rudobelets for her professionalism, and from the very first minutes I believed that we were (briefly) putting the cat in good hands... Thank you:)
