So, I called to put an intercom in my apartment, but the specialist was terrible, he didn't listen at all, somehow made out an application (I asked for the address 3-4 times, first name and last name), then he says to pay on the website, but on the website the payment is written only in rubles, I ask the specialist how it's to pay in rubles, she replies that this cannot be, says it is being translated from sums into rubles (in short, it is clear that nothing is clear), in the end she says, now I will connect to another specialist who speaks Uzbek, I say, I understand Russian very well, better explain it more clearly. how to do everything right. Conclusion: It is possible to explain normally how such specialists work in such services now at such an operational time. I didn't even want to install an intercom system, having lost so much time and nerves. The specialist's rating is two.

They usually ask for data, record information, and then resolve the issue. Why shouldn't a program that doesn't work become my problem, and now I have to call them and find out when their system is working. The organization of the workflow is zero. Addition to the review after the operator's call on my request: I applied for termination of service. I was told that I have to pay even if I don't use the intercom. Information is available in open sources that with such an application, the apartment number is simply blocked on the door intercom, and dismantling the tube is optional (depending on the installation conditions, i.e. whether it was purchased by the tenant or not). The operator kept repeating to me that they don't disable anything and I have to pay!
