I showed a photo of the desired ashen shade in advance, clarified whether they could do it — I was assured that the craftsmen were experienced and the result would match. As a result, I got a completely different result: there are several different shades on my head, the color is uneven, sometimes yellow, sometimes darkening. It has nothing to do with what I asked for. The most unpleasant thing is that I was not warned about the possible risks of such staining. Moreover, the salon did not offer any solution or correction of the situation. I think this is an unprofessional approach, the client should receive a high-quality and predictable result, or at least an honest warning about possible nuances. I do not recommend this salon.
