I contacted this store, as it is indicated that there is a shipment in Kazakhstan. As a result, I was faced with a complete lack of customer orientation. It takes a long time to get answers, and you have to literally "pull out" information. She asked me to take basic measurements — instead of the width of the chest, they first sent a sleeve measurement. I had to explain it again. When I clarified the delivery (I needed a faster check), I received a reply that they only send by regular mail, they do not offer alternatives. There was a feeling that they were not interested in selling. Communication is weak, and the service is low. I do not recommend it if speed, accuracy and a normal attitude towards the client are important to you.
