I recently visited this place and was very impressed. A cozy atmosphere is felt from the very entrance — the interior is tastefully decorated: soft light, comfortable furniture, pleasant music on the background. All this makes it possible to spend time here quietly and with pleasure. I would like to mention the service separately. The staff is polite, attentive and unobtrusive. The waiter explained the menu in detail, helped with the selection, and gave good recommendations. It was nice to feel that each guest was treated individually here. The menu is varied: there are both familiar dishes and interesting author's positions. I tried several — everything was cooked very tasty and beautifully served. I especially liked the dessert: it's clear that they put their soul into it. The portions are quite large, and the prices, given the quality and level of service, are quite adequate. It is also worth mentioning the cleanliness — it was perfect in the hall and in the bathrooms. For me, this is an important indicator of the level of the institution. In general, I can say that this place is great for a relaxing evening with friends, as well as for a family dinner or even a business meeting. I am sure that I will come here again and recommend it to my friends.

Just a hotel. Not wow, but not bad either. The rooms are warm, the bathrooms are normal, and the breakfast is quite hearty. There is no minibar. Of the advantages: - breakfast is brought to the room - the room has everything you need (kettle, electric kettle, hairdryer, dental kit, slippers, towels) Of the cons: - the condition of the rooms is not always monitored (for example, a couple of light bulbs may not be lit) - a limited selection of breakfast dishes - one porridge to choose from, one additional dish to choose from, and tea/coffee. - it's a long way from the center, but considering the taxi prices here, it's not particularly important. You can also find funny joints like: - the kettle is on the table, but the plug does not reach the outlet, so it must be lowered to the floor. - there is a kettle, there are cups, but there are no spoons, tea itself, or sugar.

I would say that this is MORE than a decent place in terms of price-performance ratio. Pros: Delicious and hearty breakfast every morning (if desired, you can order it in your room)! Delicious food in the restaurant at a reasonable price (can also be ordered in the room). Everything is always clean and quite tidy. Good WiFi on every floor. Polite staff. Minor cons: Someone complained about the small selection of breakfast (one of three dishes + one of three types of cereals + coffee/tea) (as for me, it's enough ...). SOMETIMES there is a slight forgetfulness of the staff (for example, they forgot to put the kettle on in my room for the first time). There are small chips on the furniture somewhere. Bottom line: It was 8/10 for a business trip (not 10/10 because it's too far from the center).

I was here for the first time 5 years ago. I came for work and checked back into this hotel. He lived in room 309. Nothing has changed in 5 years, and that's not good. Number: the rooms are "tired". The renovation is very old, in some places the wallpaper is worn down to plaster. The chair had traces of something that couldn't be cleaned. The curtains were dirty. I found long black hair on the bedspread. There is a carpet on the floor of the room. It's scary to step on it even in socks. The TV is small, and many channels are shown with heavy interference. The walls are thin. You may be woken up by your neighbor's alarm clock behind the wall or on the next floor. There is no hotel phone directory in the room. There is no information about the name and password for accessing the WiFi network. There is a kettle, but there is no outlet nearby. There are mugs, but no spoons. There is no tea or coffee either. The shower cabin is in poor condition. The doors won't close tightly, and there's an old and dirty silicone sealant in the seams. Breakfast: very modest 3 types of porridge, 2 types of scrambled eggs, tea, coffee. They can be brought to the room, you can have breakfast indoors on the ground floor. Set dinner: Dinner can also be brought to the room. Thanks for eating. You won't starve to death, but you won't enjoy eating either. The food can be brought to you already cold. But there is also a disadvantage with room service. If for some reason your room has not been cleaned, leftovers will remain in your room all day. I don't understand why this hotel has such high ratings.

On the downside: there is something broken everywhere, but carefully hidden. A light bulb was falling off in the room, and the towel rail was barely holding up in the bathroom, but everything was disguised as if everything was in order. Very thin walls — it's much more difficult at night, if you're on a one—night stand, most likely nothing will bother you, but if it's more, wait for overnight guests through the wall, slamming doors and loud conversations, as if people are in your room. Perhaps it depends on the "class" of the room, it was far from a suite, and a single room. Overall, the overall impression is positive, thanks to the staff, thank you.

I would have liked a more varied breakfast, the choice was modest. Also, the audibility in the room is quite high, especially if the neighbors are noisy. In general, the hotel is suitable for a short stop, but there are nuances that can be improved.

We ordered an iftar set: lentil soup, samsa, Freshness salad, baursaks, dates, tea and sweets — everything was delicious and satisfying. The portions are large, the serving is neat. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality. A great place for a family dinner or meeting with friends during the holy month. We will definitely come back again!

I rarely get emotional about poor service, but here I was outraged by such boorish communication that I wanted to leave there at the same second. "So, what will you have for breakfast?" "Actually, you need to warn about the animal. A dog can ruin the carpet" You should not allow living with a dog if it causes such discomfort. When I ordered breakfast without a drink. In response, I heard "Aha, that means tea." These are all small things, but I feel a dislike for my work and my guests. It's a pity that she has to do this. 2) The employee's lie that she did not see our dog. The whole dialogue felt like it was happening in kindergarten. Apparently, the employee is so afraid of her boss that it was easier for her to lie. It's unpleasant, as if I had to justify myself to her, even though we're not here for free. Our dog was seen by two people at the reception, a maid and a girl who brought breakfast. We also went for a walk twice a day. We didn't hide anyone 😅 3) Tasteless food, but you can turn a blind eye to it 4)The hotel itself is very shabby: the wallpaper responds, one light bulb does not turn off, the shower opens in the opposite direction, the air conditioner cracks during operation 5) poor Internet connection, disappears, you will not be able to work quietly The mood got really bad because of the first two points. I do not recommend this place if service, comfortable accommodation and friendly communication are important to you.

The staff is polite - this is the only plus. I don't understand why this hotel has such high ratings. There is not even free water or tea bags in the room, although there is a kettle. There is a refrigerator, but it is empty, there is no bar. There is a bedspread on the bed, everything is covered in pellets and on a 50-70 cm section I saw several long black hairs. In the chandelier, one light bulb is not lit, the rest of the bulbs are different in color. The light bulb is off in the hallway. There are hangers in the closet, but no shoe horn. There was only one robe for both of them. The toilet door is battered, as if cats had sharpened their claws on it, the lock is loose and it has no latch. In the toilet, when the light is turned on, the fan turns on, which makes a noise that immediately wakes up the one who is sleeping. When the toilet door is abruptly opened, the access hatch to the taps on the pipes opens, and there are pieces of concrete and debris. Three types of milk porridges are offered for breakfast, but they are not filled with butter, but with some kind of chemical or spread that does not even mix with the porridge when melted.

And for breakfast - so it's generally tin! We were led through some kind of basement into the dining room. When I arrived, they asked me what I would have for breakfast and gave me a list to choose. So it's a shame there's nothing to choose from! It was necessary to choose one thing: either porridge, or pancakes or an egg. I was confused at first, honestly, it was the first time I had encountered such a thing.:(Okay, I came for breakfast, the girl asked me again what I ordered, I ordered pancakes, the quantity was not mentioned earlier. She brings me two pancakes salted with something, but sprinkled with powdered sugar, which is very interesting, why do they salt pancakes so much, then she brought a piece of butter and a piece of cheese and yogurt on a plate. Good! And what should I smear it on?! OK, I brought 2 slices of bread. Well, where's the tea? And you can pour it yourself in the tea area! :) It's not funny! Well, I go to the tea area, and there the coffee was poured into a coffee pot, with which it was practically no longer there, but ordinary instant coffee of the nescafe type and tea bags were visible not in an individual bag, but each separately. In general, I was shocked. Next time, if I am in Astana, I will try not to book this hotel.
