The hotel itself is a solid three, but the staff here is just wonderful. Everyone, without exception, is very polite, helpful and always tried to help us with any issue. We had a wedding not far from this hotel and we settled in a large group, there were 12 of us in 5 different rooms. Throughout the week, we organized family meetings and gatherings in the courtyard at a round table and in the rooms next to the restaurant, and each time the hotel and restaurant staff helped us absolutely for free, set the tables, decorated everything beautifully, brought dishes, tea, and even calmly treated the dishes that we brought with us. I would like to mention Chinese teas separately, the restaurant staff brought teapots with different teas, also for free. As a result, the rest and the whole stay were very warm and pleasant. Many thanks to the staff for their human attitude and help.🫶 For those who care: the hotel also offers Chinese alcoholic beverages for free. This did not concern us, since we are Muslims, but I am writing just for general information. Overall, the impressions were very good. You can safely come and check in.
