We booked a tour at Sunny Days for the first time. The travel agency is good, it works conscientiously, but sometimes I had to extract information from the manager and find out the details of the trip on my own. They also promised to give me a compliment from the tour operator in honor of my birthday, but for some reason they safely forgot about it. I would also consider the disadvantages that no one contacted us upon arrival for a vacation to ask how they settled in, if everything was fine with us. By the way, the transfer was organized terribly (from and to the airport). One person did not have enough space in the minibus. Since we were the last to be picked up from the hotel, I had to sit on my husband's lap. Otherwise, there are no claims against the travel agency. The documents were sent on time, they always answered questions and tried to help as much as possible. I wish the company success and prosperity!

The tour operator has warned about the change of departure time for the day!! before departure, and the time certainly did not come. As a result, a huge amount of money was spent on ordering new tickets. The number does not match the photos shown when making the tour. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We rested in Ras al Khaimah from 1.01.23-8.01.23g, we liked everything very much : the weather (+26C), the sea (water +25C), the beach (clean, large, sandy), the 3*SitiMah hotel (the view from the room is super, the room cleaning is excellent, the food is weak), transfer to the beach 3 times a day, the hotel bar is open 24 hours a day with alcohol sales (from 8 units for 50 g), 50 meters from the hotel is one of the best seafood restaurants in the emirate, there are a lot of large shops within walking distance.

We rested in Ras Al Halma from 11.01. to 18.01. Double Tree by Hilton 4* Hotel. The food is good, the room is cleaned every day. There is a disadvantage - there are no Russian-speaking employees. Only in English. The room has TV channels in English and Arabic. There is one channel in Russian (43). Transfer to the beach once, back once. I want to thank our agent Kristina for her responsiveness and professionalism!!Thank you very much for the rest!!!

Just the fact that we decided to use the services of this particular travel agency again (the first experience was in 2021) speaks volumes ...
Both then and this time, thanks to the efforts of Julia's operator, everything was as fast, organized and high-quality as possible.
Since this time we flew to rest via Moscow (from Belarus), we were pleased, among other things, with the organization of the Minsk-Vnukovo-Minsk transfer. The total time spent at the airport turned out to be minimal in fact. This is despite the fact that another travel agency, whose proposal was considered in parallel, for some reason could not offer a clear option for moving - either the time gap with departure/arrival reached 12 hours, or it was suggested to think about getting from Minsk to Moscow on their own.
There is nothing to find fault with directly on vacation.
I will boldly recommend you to my friends and acquaintances, if anything!

I still have a very negative experience working with this office!Especially with the girl Anastasia, who is praised by everyone here!Before making 30 percent of the trip amount, everything was perfectly told, and they called back themselves, how the payment went, it became impossible to get through there at all!And after depositing the entire amount, then the tin began at all!Due to the situation in the neighboring country, it is natural that trips are canceled!Well, the sunny days company in the person of Anastasia did not consider it necessary to report this, thereby confirming the fact of fraud on its part today!So in our case, this is a negative experience of working with this company!

Friendly and attentive, Victoria took into account all my wishes (as in fact last year ..... we went with friends to Hurghada to the Pickalbatros Sea World Resort 4* hotel) and provided a number of suggestions, this time my choice fell on Domina Coral Bay Aquamarine (Sharm el Sheikh). I was satisfied with the hotel, although by the way Pickalbatros liked the organization of the bars more - you could pour drinks, juices, water yourself, there was no such thing in Domina Coral Bay - the bartender did everything himself))) But what impressed me was the huge territory, a 5 km health trail, a magnificent pontoon with two pools and, of course, a coral reef with its inhabitants, as well as many small shops on the territory of the hotel. I will definitely come next year for a brand new tour....I plan to see Turkey or Montenegro next year. 6 days ago, I contacted the manager before lunch, asked him to pick up tours. They promised to drop the options after lunch. I wrote and reminded you. The day is over, they haven't sent me anything and haven't contacted me in any way. The next day passed, and five more days...No message, no way. It is clear and understandable that there is no question of any customer orientation. This is the first time I've come across this, it just couldn't be worse.
I do not recommend this sharashkin office to anyone.

Both managers and staff are ready to lie to your eyes just to sell the tour!
Knowing in advance that charter flights fly in such a way that you lose almost 1.5 days on flights - they hide this, referring to the fact that they find out the flight schedule in a day!!!
Although this is a blatant lie!
For some reason, other travel agencies know this very well and do not hide it.
To all attempts to at least apologize, they send, throw tubes, and in the vile voice of an impudent barmaid they answer: "You should have read the terms of the contract earlier!"
