TERRIBLE attitude towards customers!I signed up for a manicure in the online application for daytime, took time off from work in advance, made myself a screenshot of the screen confirming the recording. In the evening, I wrote myself, they answered only in the morning that there was an overlap at my time and they did not see my record, they had another client recorded in the application. After long proceedings and my confirmations that I had signed up (provided a screenshot of the screen), I was still refused the service. It's a shame that I signed up for 3 weeks, planned other visits to them, but they didn't even try to solve the problem. Before an important event, so substitute...Apparently they can afford to throw away customers. I don't recommend this place if you don't want to be their organizer.
