I ordered a set. The time is fine, there are no questions about the delivery. But here's to the products ... the fish is salty in Philadelphia, some kind of fright, the smell of not fresh fish in general from all the rolls of the set. I ate one at a time, threw away the rest. By the smell, there is a risk of rendezvous with a white comrade. I won't take any more. It is better to pay 5p more expensive and order elsewhere.

We have ordered rolls from the Sushi House network more than once, we have always been satisfied with the quality and appearance, this time when ordering delivery, rolls arrived from the Frunze branch. The rolls are in a TERRIBLE state, they absolutely do not correspond to the ones shown in the photos on the menu, there are half-empty rolls that have fallen apart, and they do not exactly correspond to the technological charts. We called the managers of this institution, explained the situation, sent all the videos of the appearance of the rolls, and then called back from the very point.… No way out of the situation was offered, except for the words "what do you want", "we won't refund the money, the products have gone fresh to you", they offered a discount on the next order (but what kind of next order can we talk about after such a submission), as a result, no discount is mentioned further.. This institution says that there were no such appeals, but according to the reviews here and the rating, we can conclude that the DECEPTION is COMPLETE. The managers did NOT SOLVE the issue, they wrote "thank you for contacting us", for a moment THIS IS NOT an APPEAL, BUT A COMPLAINT to which they said that all the rolls in my order correspond to the quality and packaging Terrible attitude towards their customers, 0 customer orientation, minus regular customers in the form of us and our friends!!!
