This office does not value only customers, but even its employees. The poor aged male courier was all wet after the rain, most likely walking. It's understandable why it's taking so long, since they can't create comfortable working conditions, then there's no service. The chefs were probably warming up the sushi by making a bonfire.

The sushi is very salty, with a soy sauce combo of salt. The sushi itself is 5/10. They seem to taste normal, but there is something bitter, sour + salty = disgust in them.
