We ordered dinner at Sushi house, we were in a hurry and forgot to order sauces. They called the restaurant and asked if they could add sauces to us, and we would pay the courier extra. It turned out not, because the courier is not from the restaurant, but from Yandex. Logically. The only option is to cancel the order via Yandex and create a new one. There are no complaints here. No one is to blame.
Then we asked if they could give us one serving of wasabi as a gift (to order 90 rubles). On the other end of the line, they asked on what basis we are asking them for free wasabi? "based on the fact that we are regular customers," we replied. And they were refused.
I hoped to the last that they would put at least a drop of wasabi in our order. In vain.
And it's amazing. The price of wasabi from suppliers is a penny. And to put a little bit, if only the client was satisfied, it was quite possible....
Of course, we will not order more there for this attitude. Thank God, there are enough restaurants with good sushi in Minsk.
