A wonderful hotel for families with children! Gorgeous children's and adult animation. We were with children aged 5 and 11. Animators Anton, Kolya and Leila are just great fellows, they give their best 200 percent. They find an approach to any child. The kids didn't want to leave the kids' club. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, clean pools, a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and always helpful. This is a real place to return to!

Those who are used to good 5-star hotels may be disappointed. There are no bathrobes, no fresh drinks, a coffee machine at breakfast with instant coffee, brewed only in bars on site. And then in one of the 2 on-site grain coffee machine broke down, they also put it with instant nescafe. During our visit, most of the time there was a singer who was totally out of tune and "blood was coming out of her ears", then a group of guys appeared - "tusa band" - a balm for the soul. The food is often cold, even if you just came to the Restaurant. The hotel does not worry about the cleanliness of the sea near its shore, only the beach is cleaned a little. People take out bags and other garbage themselves. You can meet large jellyfish. But in general, the sea is clean and warm. Towels as well as bed linen are often with holes. If the windows overlook the pool side in Building A, you will have a good view of the sea, but you will hear the show program on the street until 23. We wrote about the advantages, I will not repeat myself (children's club, closed territory, etc.)

First of all, the hotel's territory is half closed, two buildings are empty, the pools are empty, the territory is overgrown, it is unclear whether there are repairs or what. There is also an abandoned water park nearby, a frozen bungalow construction site, and everything looks bleak. They put us in a building with windows just on the drop-in, but it's quiet. In general, everything in the hotel is very tired, the sun beds are falling apart, the paint is peeling, the room is clean, the plumbing is new, but you can also feel the shabbiness, the bed linen is full of holes and some spots, the sides of the crib are all stained. A separate joke is the mini-bar in the room, bottles of lemonades from famous brands look like they are constantly being refilled, because they are terribly worn, the contents do not look like lemonade, but just sweet water. Are people being treated like idiots? Where this bottle was before, through which hands it passed, remains a mystery. The kids' club is also tired, there are non-working slides/carousels, it looks creepy, why keep this stuff near the children? What if something falls off them, who needs it? There's a lot of food to choose from, but I can't say it's delicious, just normal food. Delicious fruits and seafood. The daytime snack bar is a terrible disgrace, vegetables like cardboard, children's fruit ice with the taste of rubber, I don't understand how you can offer this to children. The drinks are normal, the coffee is not bad. For entertainment, everything is according to the classics of Turkish hotels, then a party on the beach, then sports activities in the pool, yoga in hammocks, table tennis. I liked the beach at the hotel, the smooth approach, the water is super, the waves, the lifeguard is constantly on guard, well done. The Vietnamese staff at the hotel are very friendly, polite, it's obvious that we were with a small child, he needed constant attention. The staff of the children's room are also great guys, they try their best, well done! It's even a pity that they work in such conditions. The cherry on the cake was that the whole family was poisoned here, I would have left a complaint about this hotel to some local consumer agency. As a result, we regret that we spent time and money on this hotel, it is absolutely not worth the money, who writes that everything is great, most likely they have never been in the real top five.

The hotel positions itself as an ultra, as a result, I didn't see anything from the ultra: wine and sparkling semi-sweet, this is the first time I've seen such a thing. Everything is of very questionable quality. They only check in by 2 p.m., even money won't help. The room stock is outdated, the furniture is peeling, and the phone is yellow with age. We turned on the kettle, it burst into flames, the sockets are very questionable. The kettle was immediately replaced with a new one. The bed has only one bedside table. There is one chair on the balcony. Well, you're not alone in the room. The air conditioner is so noisy that it is impossible to sleep. And anyway, the air conditioners in the elevators and corridors don't work until you get there, you're sweating all over. The restaurant, or rather the canteen, I can't say anymore, it's stuffy, the smell of stale food. And the food itself, it seems like there's a lot of it, but everything tastes bad. Seafood, what you're going for, yes, there are a lot of them, but everything is tasteless, everything is made of rubber, or grilled, burnt on top, raw inside.I took a squid, and there was a plastic bag inside. Lots of chicken, in various forms. But there's a problem with meat, in the form of cutlets, but it's not clear what's mixed in there. Where the salads are, the smell is terrible. The cheese is sour. Cucumbers and tomatoes are sad, there are few greens. One advantage is fruits. The restaurant has only beer and wine made from alcohol. It is better to drink coffee at the reception, there is more or less. The floor in the restaurant is a roulette wheel, of course, you never know where you're going to slip, fatty. The beach, the sand, the sea- that's all why I stayed at this hotel. The sunbed and umbrella are old. Towels are strictly according to the cards. There is no bar on the beach! There is no service, you want to drink or eat, go to the pool. Conclusion: the hotel is certainly trying, they even brought fruit and wine to our room when I wanted to leave. If you are unassuming, then ok. But I've had towels on the bathroom floor for three days now, and no one has cleaned them.

I would like to express my special gratitude to the medical staff. On March 11, an unpleasant event happened for me. I hurt my hip. I liked the hotel, at first I had the impression that we had arrived at the sanatorium building, there was a very modest entrance group. The hotel operates according to the all inclusive system and therefore there is a vase with free champagne and wine in the reception area. We moved into building B, room 501 - the one closest to the sea, with a panoramic view of the sea and a side view (from the balcony) of the mountains and the enclosed building. The only drawback of this type is the garbage in the beach area of the enclosed building and the pool with old water, which could be covered with something. Another disadvantage, significant for families, is that the walls in the toilet are glass, and they are covered with roller blinds that do not fit tightly to the glass, leaving decent gaps. The beach is big, there are more sun beds than the neighboring Westina, there is enough for everyone! In the pool area (there are 2 of them) too. The sea is warm and clean, the beach is sandy with white sand. The sea leaves after lunch, just like in Bali - the water in the buoy zone is knee-deep. The food was better than in other hotels in Vietnam that we visited, very much and varied. Plenty of seafood and vegetables. There are fewer fruits than in other hotels, but every day is different. There are many unusual delicacies - crocodiles, snails, octopuses, frogs, etc. The beer is good, the champagne is only semi-sweet, the wine is three. I didn't take strong drinks at the bar. The only cocktail I liked was the mojito. Long Island is made very strong.

The hotel is a disappointment((( the laudatory reviews are most likely purchased. The room stock is old. Ultra-exclusive is just one name, don't get carried away with a beautiful name! Upon arrival, I wanted to drink cool, dry champagne, and my husband had a glass of beer, BUT the all-inclusive package includes only semi-sweet (sickly sweet) local champagne and disgusting sweet local beer! Only one kind! Everything else is for the money! We have never seen such a shameful choice anywhere! They settled us in the family room. It turns out that all rooms in this category are located near elevators, and every 5 seconds you hear a loud signal from 4 elevators, and no matter on which floor they open, it's like a doorbell ringing in your room! At first, the kids really thought it was the doorbell, they went out to check! At the reception, the Russian-speaking managers (one speaks well, the other soooo poorly, nothing is clear) offer only another room of the same type on another floor, also near the elevators, because the family rooms are located only in this way! Everything is for people! They also offered to PAY EXTRA for a room of the highest category! This is all a solution to the problem! By the way, the bathroom door in none of the family rooms is even supposed to be closed! Arriving with a teenager, one of the children, is a real problem! 2nd child 3g - for toddlers in the FAMILY room there is no pot, no toilet nozzle, no steps for the sink, no sides on the bed, which is high! Our bed doesn't even have a bedside table on one side, there's nowhere to put a phone, a bottle of water, or hand cream! The balcony is just a "Spanish shame" - no more than 1 square meter, with one chair (as it should be in a family room! You can't take turns sitting) and two huge air conditioning units that are buzzing, even behind the closed balcony door. And what a heat they give off! You will not be able to sit on the balcony and contemplate your tiny piece of the sea view! There's also the beach toilet (it's all old too) - in the evening, when the sun goes down, you'll have to stay there in the dark because the lights don't work! There are no paper towels in any of the hotel toilets, just noisy dryers! Small children are afraid of them, kids have to walk with wet hands! There are no sinks in any toilet either, you have to pick up the child in your arms and wash his hands like that! There is no body lotion in the rooms, all hotels usually have it. In the restaurant, waiters are only for cleaning, they do not offer or serve drinks, guests crowd the bar. The food is not bad, this is one of the few advantages. An a la carte restaurant for money only. And we were told that you can only book from 5 people. It's not clear at all. Unfortunately, the hotel is not ready to go to a meeting and fix anything!
