The hotel needs a good manager. We arrived at the hotel at night. The first impression is a dirty lobby. Terribly dirty and smelly toilet in the reception area. In general, there is some kind of devastation around. There are broken switches on the beach shower near the second building. In the beach toilet near the first building, only one of the 4 cabins is open. There are no handles on three cabinets. To be honest, even passing by this toilet is unpleasant (a terrible stench).In the SPA, a hose leaks on one of the showers. It is interesting to observe the work of the waiters In the restaurant and SNACK bar. When they remove the tables at once, they leave some of the crumbs on the table, some are soaked on chairs (therefore, before sitting down, you need to carefully examine the chair), some on the floor. That's why it's dirty and uncomfortable there. While in Vietnam, I found out what was going on. The owner of the hotel is a Turkish citizen. His position is to squeeze everything out of the hotel in three years, so you can leave him. That's what he did with the previous hotel. It seems that only Russian-speaking employees (spas, animators) honestly perform their duties. Thanks to them for smoothing out the negative impression. I can't help but mention the kitchen. The dishes are varied, there are many of them. But they don't know how to make alcoholic cocktails there. The only cocktail that met the parameters was Pinot Treasure and that was only in the Lobby bar. By the way, once again about the fact that there is not enough good manager - you approach the bar near the "quiet" pool, there are 5 people at the bar and they are all having fun discussing something. And there is zero attention to customers. Moreover, they see that people are standing. But no one is in a hurry to serve them. To be honest, I have never seen such an indifferent attitude towards vacationers anywhere
