I liked everything. I took a Chevrolet Malibu 2020 for 3 or 4 days (I don't know how it counts for sure). The car was delivered on time, exactly at 12:00, as agreed. Delivery/ acceptance - everything is fast and up to date, no problem. The car itself is not dead, without any comments, the mileage was 81,000 at the time of submission. Of course, I would like a richer package, but, in principle, cruise control, rear camera, Bluetooth / Android auto, electric seat adjustment, etc. - everything was basic. During the rental period, I drove about 1000 km, including along serpentines, etc. Nothing broke, nothing came out - in general, a reliable choice. I recommend it!

We took a car to Swift and they divorced us and didn't return the deposit, although we bought extended insurance that covers cosmetic damage. In the end, we gave the car back clean, everything was fine with it, but we found a micro scratch, which most likely appeared from a pebble while driving. In the end, we were told that yes, the insurance covers it, but we should have warned about it in advance. I would like to ask how we could warn if this happened while we were driving and we didn't even notice, since there were no accidents and so on. In addition, we were not warned that there would be a car replacement, we only found out about it after the fact. As a result, 100 euros were not returned to us. I won't take any more advice here.

We had a large company (8 people), so we rented a 2019 Honda Odyssey minivan. The car was comfortable, clean, both inside and out. The air conditioner was working properly. There were no breakdowns along the way, and we drove more than 500 kilometers. The manager was always in touch. The company's employees also made concessions by providing a car an hour earlier than the office was supposed to open. I was pleased with the reasonable rental price. Automatic transmission, air conditioning, all buttons are conveniently located. The office is cool and comfortable. The paperwork is fast and clear. The guests were offered a dish with cherries — I did not dare to take a berry, because I did not know where to put the bone later, and it would be awkward to take it out of my mouth. But the cherries looked just gorgeous. We recorded all the damage to the car very carefully before issuing it — we did not add any new ones. One disadvantage is that fines from the police are reissued silently, without warning, they don't want to warn Whatsapp about this, so that they can wait for the letter or come to the airport early to pay for it. It will take a lot of time to find a phone and write it in WhatsApp, although it's a matter of one minute, you still need to figure out who had a rental car, and there should also be a phone nearby.
