The administrator checked my last name and initials a hundred times, and in the end I couldn't get the results of my tests, because she didn't enter the data correctly and they were sent to another person!! Because of this, I missed an appointment with a doctor, wasted my nerves and time. The staff has a negligent attitude to work, a complete flaw in the administration. It is impossible to get through to the department. The staff is not friendly to customers. This is the first time I've seen this in a synlab, apparently it's time to change the laboratory to a more competent and responsible one, there are enough competitors.
