You arrive at the queue point, there is no electronic queue, 30 minutes on your feet to get to the medical registrar. Two small sofas are constantly occupied. And the icing on the cake is that your order has not been found, I don't see it, and that's it. They asked me to get out of the queue, and I let a couple more people through. The next half hour went by, and finally I waited my turn to the treatment room. Naturally, no changes for the inconvenience. To summarize, I spent 1 hour at the point, having placed and paid for the order in advance, and it wasn't a big workload, there were no more than 5 people at the point. The online ordering system works crookedly. If you value your time and comfort, this is definitely not the place for you.

It is impossible to get through to the department. The staff is not friendly to customers. This is the first time I've seen this in a synlab, apparently it's time to change the laboratory to a more competent and responsible one, there are enough competitors.
