I would like to share my impressions about this laboratory, we used the services of Invitro and helix, as well as various medical centers, but this is the first time I have encountered this. From the first trip to this laboratory, unpleasant nuances began. But we were forced to come here again, because there is an opportunity to test the baby from a finger, not a vein. But today was the last trip to this laboratory on Bratskaya. In December 2023, we were contacted for the first time, we were incorrectly informed about the work schedule, as a result, we came for tests and were sent home. We arrived another day, successfully passed the test, but then we waited for him for 4 days, we had to call and write to the line, look for our tests. Three times we gave the child an analysis, two of which were by a woman whose child was just screaming, the first time she did not attach importance to this, although in other laboratories the child came out with a smile. But today the situation was just annoying, coming to the center 20 minutes before the end of the tests, we went to the reception desk, in front of us there were more people taking the test, as soon as people left, they wanted to go into the office, but the woman said that we would be invited, not to enter yet. At that time, the child was walking around the laboratory with a typewriter. The employee came out and invited her into the office, then said with displeasure: "Hurry up." When they began to take an analysis from the child, he began to cry wildly. While taking the material, the employee uttered the following phrases: "You can cry as much as you want", "Scream, scream", "So you had to come by 8 in the morning, and then continue to sleep until 11" and so on. We finished taking the analysis at 11.58, taking the material until 12.00. This is a private laboratory where we pay for services, why does an employee allow himself to make such statements. We arrived before 12, we managed to pass everything. I think this is a complete disrespect for patients. We will not return to this laboratory anymore.

Terrible quality of service… Either I was so "lucky" or the attitude changed. Previously, it was better, First of all, you can never get through there the first time, secondly ... I passed the tests 4 days ago (which are done 1 day) and in 4 days no one bothered to send the results to the post office (although when passing the tests I specified the mail where to send the result), then I called several times they did not take the handset, as a result, I got through, explained the situation to the girl, wrote down the e-mail again, said that I had sent everything, asked just in case to send a letter from my mail to the post office and she would duplicate it with a reply letter ......result ..... waited another 2 hours called the registry again, looked, the answer : - "yes, we will send it now"…. Question: Where have you been for 2 hours???? are people waiting for tests for the 4th day, and if they ask again, ignore them for 2 hours?
A very negative residue remained!!
I do not recommend this particular department!!!!
