I would like to share my impressions about this laboratory, we used the services of Invitro and helix, as well as various medical centers, but this is the first time I have encountered this. From the first trip to this laboratory, unpleasant nuances began. But we were forced to come here again, because there is an opportunity to test the baby from a finger, not a vein. But today was the last trip to this laboratory on Bratskaya. In December 2023, we were contacted for the first time, we were incorrectly informed about the work schedule, as a result, we came for tests and were sent home. We arrived another day, successfully passed the test, but then we waited for him for 4 days, we had to call and write to the line, look for our tests. Three times we gave the child an analysis, two of which were by a woman whose child was just screaming, the first time she did not attach importance to this, although in other laboratories the child came out with a smile. But today the situation was just annoying, coming to the center 20 minutes before the end of the tests, we went to the reception desk, in front of us there were more people taking the test, as soon as people left, they wanted to go into the office, but the woman said that we would be invited, not to enter yet. At that time, the child was walking around the laboratory with a typewriter. The employee came out and invited her into the office, then said with displeasure: "Hurry up." When they began to take an analysis from the child, he began to cry wildly. While taking the material, the employee uttered the following phrases: "You can cry as much as you want", "Scream, scream", "So you had to come by 8 in the morning, and then continue to sleep until 11" and so on. We finished taking the analysis at 11.58, taking the material until 12.00. This is a private laboratory where we pay for services, why does an employee allow himself to make such statements. We arrived before 12, we managed to pass everything. I think this is a complete disrespect for patients. We will not return to this laboratory anymore.

In general, I liked everything, there was no queue at all at 10 a.m., the order was placed quickly, blood sampling was also quick and painless. The results were sent the same day, in the evening. On the downside, the receptionist was talking very quietly.

Terrible quality of service… Either I was so "lucky" or the attitude changed. Previously, it was better, First of all, you can never get through there the first time, secondly ... I passed the tests 4 days ago (which are done 1 day) and in 4 days no one bothered to send the results to the post office (although when passing the tests I specified the mail where to send the result), then I called several times they did not take the handset, as a result, I got through, explained the situation to the girl, wrote down the e-mail again, said that I had sent everything, asked just in case to send a letter from my mail to the post office and she would duplicate it with a reply letter ......result ..... waited another 2 hours called the registry again, looked, the answer : - "yes, we will send it now"…. Question: Where have you been for 2 hours???? are people waiting for tests for the 4th day, and if they ask again, ignore them for 2 hours? A very negative residue remained!! I do not recommend this particular department!!!!

It's a great lab. Near the house. Maybe I was so lucky, but the blood was always taken well and quickly. The reception is working fine, only one more employee is missing, sometimes the queue can be impressive. The results always arrived quickly and in the mail, there were never any problems with this at all.

I really like the attitude of the staff, affordable prices. today we came to take tests once again, it was hard to hold my son in my arms so that he would not run away, and at the same time pay, the girls from the laboratory were allowed into their office while the admin filled out the data and made the payment. Everything is fine. The workers are super. Prices in Minsk - fire 🔥. The results are sent by e-mail. Mail, which is very, very convenient. You don't have to go anywhere to pick up the test results. It's always clean. The tests are excellent. I have come across in other clinics that they cannot take blood from a vein , or they do it very painfully. You won't encounter this in this lab.

The disgusting attitude of the staff at Bratskaya 6. 30.01 I arrived about 20 minutes earlier. When asked to open the door, let me in and let me sit on a chair at the entrance, because I feel very bad and the temperature (above 38), the reception employee said: "So what? We have a lot of people inside (in fact, there were 4 people)." And secondly, a very tricky price - a smear on a covid from the nose and throat costs a little more than 7 rubles, but in fact more than 52 rubles. There is no such amount anywhere in the price list. Don't set foot there anymore. And I don't advise anyone to go there. If it were possible to put "- 5 stars", I would have put it that way. For me personally, Sinlab is now on the blacklist.

I passed the analysis, the result came without reference intervals, which is very inconvenient. In other laboratories, the reference interval and the result are indicated, you can understand the norm yourself or not. I contacted the laboratory with this question, the receptionist replied, "I am not a doctor, I cannot give a transcript," to my words that it was not convenient and I would have to contact other laboratories next time, they replied, "please contact me." If you don't value your customers, then they are appreciated in other labs!

The opening hours are indicated until 20.00. on a pre-holiday day at 19.00 none of the 6 rooms from 3 different addresses is available. The section Working hours on holidays is never filled in. There is no understanding of how and when they work. For that, after the holiday on the weekend (Sunday), they start calling all those who did not call back as early as 7 a.m., which makes you completely mad. I am sure it is not difficult at all to write 1 line before the holiday with a specific work schedule on the pre-holiday day (if there is a shortened day) and how long you will walk. I visit paid centers solely for the opportunity to undergo an examination on a day off, without prejudice to work on working days. I'm sure this is also a key moment for many. Therefore, it is important to know how you work on weekends and holidays!!!! I will say more, when you rested, the Blue worked. YOU'RE LOSING CUSTOMERS!!!!
