I went by flyer to 2 free trial classes. I chose stretching. I noted the high-quality non-slip yoga mats, and the very pleasant instructor, who corrected and supervised the correct performance of the exercises. The lesson was held in one breath, although it lasts an hour. Because it's not very convenient.: this is a change of shoes in the area immediately next to the elevators, everything is filled with shoes, you can't get to the benches. The locker room is just behind a curtain, instead of lockers, there are open cells. It is inconvenient to change clothes, many visitors immediately come in sports uniform. There are polite receptionists at the reception and a gorgeous view from the window on the 14th floor.
