It's a very nice place. I came on 25.12 with a friend, the consultant is a young girl, Alesya, very pleasant, explained everything and told in detail. We chose a match between Bob and peach mana. (As a matcha lover, I really appreciated her taste! Just the same, without impurities and not diluted) Both drinks were moderately sweet, the cream cheese was bombastic). The price is normal - they gave 13 rubles for one drink, it's very satisfying. It's a very cozy atmosphere, there's a place to sit, and there are napkin stands on every table. New Year decorations are a separate plus. The place is new, I saw a negative review about this place, I couldn't get past this injustice! Be sure to come by if you like to treat yourself to tapioca and an aesthetic place.

The first is the catastrophically long operation of the bar. Drinks are prepared from 30 to 50 minutes. Waiting for almost an hour for a cocktail is unacceptable!!! Further, there is no order in the hall: the trash can is overflowing, apparently, the staff does not keep it clean. The response to the request for a book of complaints and suggestions deserves special attention. Instead of an official document, I was given a small blue notebook, obviously bought at a nearby kiosk "for a go-ahead." It's not even signed. This looks like a complete disrespect for customers and an imitation of working with reviews. But the most disappointing thing was the situation with the "3 for the price of 2" promotion. The bartender waved her hand and said that the administrator forbade the use of the promotion if the guest did not tell about it himself. This is supposedly a "mindfulness test." However, nowhere in the menu or on the counter is it indicated that I am required to announce the promotion in order to apply it. In fact, this is just an attempt to force you to pay the full cost under the guise of a test. The service is at zero. I do not recommend spending your money and nerves here.

I've never come across any "wrong" drink, but I've tried everything. They also try to cope even if there is a lot of fuss and a queue. It is absolutely normal to wait even 20 minutes, because it happens that the ingredients run out and they need to be prepared. There are no super ideal places. Another issue is when people sit picking their noses when there's a mess around. Tapioca, my favorite tea. I go every week mostly to nemiga or Kupalovskaya. I even have a discount card for the first customer. However, the service at this point is incomparable. First of all, the 2+ 1 promotion. I chose 3 drinks: milk bean, chestnut and matcha. To which the girl very vaguely began to explain that it was impossible and it was necessary to choose some other drinks. I'm a patient person, but it took me 4 times to figure out what they were trying to tell me. First, she said that you need to choose from 3 drinks on the menu, pointed at them. Then it turned out that you can have your own, and as a gift, one of the menus that she indicated earlier. And then, it turns out that these drinks are not given as a gift at all and they are not on the menu. In general, I took some green grapes, coconut matcha and bean milk. There was still a residue after these interrogations in an attempt to understand what could be taken and what could not. Then I gave her my 10% discount card, asked if there was a discount on the promotion, and she said, "Yes, I can do it," and she didn't, and I asked why she hadn't done it. To which I get an answer again, which I couldn't make out properly. I decided it wasn't worth it and just paid as is. In total, instead of my matcha and milk beans, I get chestnut and oreo. Even after that, I decided not to change anything, and I love these 2 drinks too. But the taste of both finished them off and made them write this review. Please pay attention to this chestnut dust on the bottom and its quantity, considering that it is 700 ml, and the chestnut is like a cat crying. And in oreo, instead of tapioca, there's some kind of overcooked mucus. I understand that this is a problem only at one point and in today's employees, but it's so unpleasant that I don't want to go to Tapioca anymore.
