Time has shown the true face of the company. When it was possible to resolve issues quickly, knowing that we were from another city, we stretched the resolution of issues for half a year, a year. The basic replacement of the stabilizer bar and steering tip was scheduled for 3 months. I went to another service and did it in 2 hours, but for my own money. The warranty from Tarlan may go sideways for you, for example, if you travel for half a year with a part that needs to be changed. The rail, which had been rattling since 2000km on the new car, was changed only to 12000km. The abs/esp unit could not be changed for a year, they gave dates when to arrive, called and told them to come, and then it turned out that there was no block. Apparently they put them in more need.

I bought a car at an acceptable 4% rate, well-known to everyone. I fell for the Tulenbecks' manager Maksat. He served us well and quickly. I listened to all the wishes for the car and assisted in the implementation. The registration process was quick. We purchased a Chery tiggo 8 pro in January 2025, the car was pulling away, and contacted the service. Then we acted as the consultant advised: Day 1 Diagnosis of convergence collapse - 4500 Convergence collapse - 13500 We take the highway to another city The car also pulls to the side, we call the consultant, advises him to simply change the wheels from left to right, we did it at the nearest tire shop, it didn't help, we call again, he already advises us to swap the front to the rear, we did it, it also didn't help. Day 2 We return to the city, sign up for the service, and wait 7 days. They say again that the convergence collapse is 4500. To the claim that I have already done this service for you and it was not done correctly, they referred to the fact that the collapse guarantee is valid for 3 days, but they could not clearly answer the fact that the queue for the service is at least 6 days and sometimes two weeks. I already wanted to sue, but I clearly understand that the court will make decisions in favor of the service. As a result, after consulting with the Chery owners group, I made a collapse in a third-party service station for 6500, where everything was fixed, without any expectations for half a month, without advice to change the wheels a thousand times and without excuses that the tires may be defective, and 3 times cheaper!!! The second appeal: There was a whistle in the driver's door window. I went to the service at the end of March and explained the situation. They said it was good diagnostics 11000 The rest of the details are already after, I have already additionally signed up for the fact that it was of secondary importance since the mileage did not fit. As a result, we did SOMETHING about the window, we were told that we were not doing this, the consultant had already advised us to use synthetic spacers and everything like that, well, at least not hearses on disks. To my claim, if such a defect had been detected on a new car, he said, Well, then something would have been solved, but in my case, apparently it cannot be solved. In general, it's just terrible. The service to change the oil is 3 times more expensive than on the market, for the sake of an imaginary guarantee, according to which nothing is being done. After all, people buy these cars from you!!! They don't bring them in black and then demand something from you🤷
