It's all good. Great location. Polite staff. The working hours are fine. Tea or coffee is offered everywhere. But parking and road conditions are a little bad. The entire parking area is occupied either by new cars or by employees' personal transport. There is so much snow that it is difficult to get on the road.

So I would like to leave a review. Consultant Dmitry gave excellent advice, reacted kindly to all my denials, and my thoughts for 2 months, I asked clarifying questions and he always answered. And really considering many other car options. Dmitry won the trust. I bought a car, I will continue to supplement the service. And the minuses: there are almost no parking spaces, and there is no cafeteria for customers (or we were not even offered) The rest of the staff is friendly.

The new Spark got a receipt as soon as it was taken from the salon. As they explained to us later, this was due to the fact that the tank was almost empty. But from the cabin there was 1 division or 4 liters. They said they refilled it from a canister. We arrived at our place in Rudny, threw off a lot. The receipt was missing, but on the 2nd launch it lit up again. Signed up for the service. Explained the problem. They nodded their heads. At 11 a.m., the recording began, at the beginning of the 3rd they started working on the car, at 3 they were given out. So what? On the 2nd launch, the receipt came out again. They, like us, dropped it without solving the problem itself. Not only did they kill the whole day, because no one approached the car for 2 hours, but in fact they did nothing. They are looking for craftsmen under the fence.

Visually, the place is comfortable and cozy, you can buy a new car in good quality, but as for the service, I will not go there again in my life. I waited 5 months for the ball valve to be replaced under warranty. This has already begun to wear out the second one. After the warranty repair, I found that the brake fluid tank was empty. Fortunately, the brakes worked, I bought the liquid at the oil center and filled it in. It is easier to be serviced for a fee already. After such an act on their part, I do not advise anyone to be served here.

It is difficult to knock out documents, a simple client is always wrong. A decent sediment remains when you buy a car for 12 million and then run after them.

Не плохой автосервис. Ребята толковые. Не первый год с ними. По срокам не затягивают. Ремонт желательно вместе с их запчастями,чтоб была гарантия. Но можно и со своими.
Из недостатков цена за работу. Но тут уж или в одном месте сразу всё сделать или от спеца к спецу ездить.

Хороший автосалон. Были там недавно, смотрели автомобили kia, менеджер очень внимательный, все показал, рассказал. Мы имели возможность посмотреть, потрогать, посидеть))). Остались только хорошие впечатления.

Если вы хотите купить тут авто, то заранее знайте, что не попадете к ним на гарантийное обслуживание! Телефон не берут, по заявке с сайта не перезванивают, в ватсапе игнорируют!
Приехал лично туда - девка нагло врет что заявок и звонков никаких не было, хотя звонил несколько дней подряд ! Говорит продолжайте звонить для записи. Уровень сервиса нулевой !

Обслуживание хорошее только в Рено отделе. В отделе продаж КИА парень-консультант как робот общается не приятно, ничего не подскажет , нормально не разговаривает, на вопросы отвечает общими фразами. Вообщем остался не очень хорошее мнение
