In a word, it's ugly! 1) there is no service from the word "at all"- there is only one answer to any requests and questions- you can not! 2) the spa needs to be closed- I'm a doctor, a professor- it's completely unsanitary and a shambles 3) the hotel is not 4 stars, as indicated, but half a star- everything is old, shabby, smells bad 4) the only thing is that the food in the restaurants is on the same level- everything is delicious. My advice is not to come here, at least not until major repairs are completed. Advice to the owners (if they read the reviews, of course)- don't deceive people, get locked up and do full-fledged repairs and renovations- the location is great, the brand is well-known- you can make a great place.
