Great hotel! Nice room, we changed the room a couple of floors higher when we checked in. A balcony with a view of the surroundings. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Clean, cozy! The staff is friendly and caring. The breakfasts are buffet style, there is plenty to choose from, delicious and satisfying. The hotel has hit the very heart!

A magnificent hotel with an excellent price/quality combination. The breakfasts are delicious, they cook hot on your request, and there is a varied buffet. There wasn't enough baking at the end of breakfast, but it's not so critical. Benedict's eggs were amazing. The room itself is spacious, clean, with everything you need, but it was a little cold because of the low temperature outside the window. By the way, the hotel has its own closed parking, which is extremely convenient in the historical center.

A pleasant chamber hotel in a good location. Lowered the rating due to several factors. The first is a smoking area right at the entrance to the hotel - it's hell for non-smokers to walk through a haze of smoke, especially not pleasant when 80% of smokers are the hotel staff themselves. When checking in, there was no water, which was reported at the reception (three times during the day). As a result, it was already late in the evening that we had to take it to the reception ourselves - the speed and quality of work did not match. We stayed twice during the trip - out of the pleasant, the room category was upgraded, out of the unpleasant, there was a constant hum from the elevator in one of the rooms (the room was on the right when exiting the elevator, right next to the stairs). Considering that the passenger elevator is remote and of good quality, I can assume that there is an elevator for the restaurant and the shaft runs directly into the rooms. Still, it's very unpleasant to wake up and fall asleep from such sounds. It is worth considering either changing the elevator or noise insulation in the rooms. Well, the main cherry is that the staff managed to enter the room using their key with the customers in the room (knowing that we were inside). This is unacceptable. The photo shows stunning views of the city from the 23rd room (in which the elevator is not audible).
