Good afternoon. We purchased a fairly large amount of electronic and computer equipment from this organization. We want to say, terrible customer orientation as well as assistance in choosing a product. A lot of equipment does not correspond to the proper quality, which, in accordance, fell into the warranty department for repair. You contact the warranty department yourself, you solve all the issues yourself, you take it yourself. Manager Sergey doesn't care about his clients.

Come. Chosen. I asked how it was possible to purchase. 2 employees spent a long time figuring out which of them would go to release the goods. At the checkout, it suddenly turned out that the product was in reserve and could not be sold to me. There was no other such thing. I was offered to look for something else from them on my own. When asked if they would like to help me in this search, the workers again began to find out which of them would do it.
