Keep in mind that there is no multicurrency card for non-residents, you either open it in local currency or in euros/dollars. But in any case, the conditions are favorable. Of the many Belarusian banks, in my opinion, Technobank has the most optimal conditions for non-residents. A great bank. I transferred money to my Russian card without commission. There's a man sitting at the entrance, and he's always friendly and helpful. And in general, my subjective opinion is that everyone there is friendly and humane. Apparently, the head of this department is too normal a person. And as I understand it, this department is popular with students who come from abroad. The queue always goes pretty fast.
