I came from Russia to make a map. There are no queues at the bank. The girls are literate and responsive. (Anna and Ekaterina). We did everything, opened it, and didn't impose anything unnecessary. A good bank! There was a need to make a transfer to Russia. I visited 4 banks, but in fact the transfer did not work for any of them. Either a mistake or something else. I killed a whole day on it and spent a lot of nerves and money. I arrived at the Technobank at the end of the day. 20 minutes and the money is gone. There was no limit to my joy. A good bank!!! The branches of the bank located in the Minsk gallery are functioning extremely poorly and leave much to be desired!! Not only does only 4 operators work, but the load on them is crazy!! How can you treat your employees like this?? At least your management could have reduced the burden on the girls if they hadn't closed the departments that function from 10 to 16!! And how could you make a branch in the center of Minsk and put only 4 operators!!! This is at least not reasonable if there is a Hilton hotel and a whole shopping center nearby!!?
