1) I was once given several $1 bills in the Momo shopping center exchanger, so then they were barely accepted in the exchange at the Dana Mall shopping center, and other banks did not accept them at all!!! The question is, why give such bills that then they are not accepted in any bank?!!!
2) I have a salary card "Mir" - I quit the organization, and now a commission of 1.5 rubles will be withdrawn from my account monthly-although when making a card, they took more than 5 rubles of commission from me and said what is it for a year-the card was issued in March of this year!!! Yes, 1.5 rubles a month is not much, but after two of these situations, I already wondered whether I should be a Technobank client or not...

There are few ATMs and they are not always in working order. At Prytytsky, 97 is in constant technical failure and regularly withdraws customer cards, creating a lot of problems with their return. The last technical failure with the withdrawal of cards was recorded on August 3 this year. The card withdrawn (swallowed) by the ATM was returned on August 11 as forgotten at the ATM, which does not correspond to the real situation and the selection of a subscription stating the absence of claims against the bank!

How can you treat your employees like this?? At least your management could have reduced the burden on the girls if they hadn't closed the departments that function from 10 to 16!!
