I had an extremely unpleasant experience in the Technodome. I bought the product, paid for it as if it were new, and without warning they gave it to me from the showcase — in fact, it was already used. Moreover, the product turned out to be defective and did not work from the very first day. The employees refused the request to exchange for a new one, hiding behind their "rules" that contradict the law on consumer protection. I consider this attitude to be a deception of the client.
